Aside from having fantastic coffee and a great beer selection, this place is almost singlehandedly getting me through my M.A. thesis. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing place. Sad that we can no longer bring our dog, though. It’s hard to get out of the house to study in a cafe when you can’t leave the dog home alone or bring him to a cafe. (Separation anxiety.) amazing place and I’m sorry that someone ruined it for the rest of us with dogs.

It's out of the way but I think that adds to its charm. Nothing fancy but the coffee is so good and the staff are super friendly. Tables and chairs and some comfy, cushy living room chairs and a sofa to plop yourself into. They also have a nice big windowed garage-style door that they open on nice days. My new favourite coffee shop in Ottawa
