Had a wonderful dining experience at Fraser Cafe. The ambiance, staff were amazing and the food was impeccable. Although we didn’t announce it, our party was there to celebrate a special occasion. The staf overheard us chatting and brought us complementary champagne! While ordering, everyone decided to hold out for dessert and not order appetizers. Thus, after stunningly presented main courses that had everyone raving, our server said, “I understand you all want dessert; would you please allow me to offer you a taster platter of all our feature dessert items for you to share?” Being a dessert person, I was giddy with joy. :) It was the perfect ending to an exquisite meal. If you are looking for quaint and contemporary atmosphere, attentive, knowledgeable serving staff and chefs that take immense pride in serving only the freshest eats around - Fraser Cafe is for you.
We celebrated a 92nd birthday at the restaurant for dinner. The food was very good, tasty, well cooked, and different enough to make it very special. The ambiance was good, the service excellent and the staff truly accommodating. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to others -and will be back! Thank you for making this a memorable evening.

Love love love Fraser Café! The food is AMAZING, every bite is so flavourful. Portions are great. I like the atmosphere inside the restaurant and their decor. The servers are cheerful and enthusiastic to be serving you. The food is delicious, the restaurant is classy, we had a wonderful night. Highly recommend for a special dinner date.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. I wish I could afford to eat here more often. Its always just enough food, satisfied but not stuffed.
Loved this place so much . Their patio is awesome, so well put together, and so clean . Food wise, everything was soo good, the flavour was just out of this world , the quality of the food was fabulous. Their menu changes often, so it may be a bit hard to find their menu online. Staff was amazing helpful and very accommodating . Really enjoyed this place . Can’t wait to visit again .
By far our favourite restaurant in Ottawa area. Excellent service. Attentive staff. Menu is creative and varied. Cocktails and wine list are very nice each time and the staff are very knowledgeable. The place is very cosy, with candles and nooks and small tables. Great for date night.
Just love this place. We have been ordering one of their takeout meals every weekend and is just fabulous! Generous portions, sauces to die for, fantastic pairing of sides with the main meal. This weekend we had the bacon wrapped tenderloin. Last weekend we had the chicken cordon bleu. Each time it was a WOW! I drive in from Kanata to pick this up. It's that good. I really hope they continue these weekly take away meals after things return to a post pandemic normal.
Great service great food really cool spot with a cool vibe. We couldn’t decide on what to eat cause everything looked so good so we just ordered the first 6 items on the menu and we weren’t disappointed. The whipped roe with the focaccia was a highlight. Would come again!
Had an amazing time there Friday. We had a reservation and they had set aside one of the best tables in the house for us. Cocktails were delicious, and each plate was unique and well thought through. Our server was excellent, attentive but not invasive, and the support staff also went above and beyond by continually refilling waters, clearing plates and even offering to refill my cocktail when my server wasn’t around. 5/5 for sure, I see what all the hype is about!
Wow! Highly recommended! We had lunch there the food was amazing and service was amazing as well!
