Great little Italian bakery, their Cannoli's are amazing! I used to go to Conca d'Oro for Cannoli's, but the ones at Firenze are even better!

Moved from Ontario to saint leonard just before the world stopped for covid. This bakery is our go to for pizza nights. We looove their pizza dough. My six year old twins have also developed a taste for italian pastries. After giving up all sweets for lent all they wanted was fresh pastries from Firenze. Always clean, amazing job keeping distance in a smaller store and the employees are all always polite. ...get the lobster tail. That's all I'm gonna say.

Great pastries. All the pastry fillings are light and not heavy. However service sucks. Today is Monday August 13th; they should be opened; yet,no one answers the telephone. I have been calling, on the hour, since 10h00 and no one answers. I want to order a cake for 30 people for tomorrow night.

First visit bought 1/20 tomato pizza! It was delicious not oily or dry! Definitely will go back to try other products.

We rely on their delicious Italian pizza (cold red or white) for weekend lunches. Firenze also makes-to-order sandwiches. It is a reliable local business that deserves a shout out as an alternative to a commercial drive-thru.
