This little cat cafe is certainly the best that I have ever visited- a Montreal MUST for cat lovers! I love the way that the cats are permitted to roam around freely, yet the business is very clean. The staff and cats alike are incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious! I recommend The Cat Lady grilled cheese sandwich 🥪
First of all, being a cat cafe is a perk in of itself. It's nice being able to see all the cats who were clearly well cared for and loved exploring their surroundings. Its a great place for people who want to experience some cats if you don't have your own.
The food was good, both their desserts and their sandwiches were very enjoyable. The downside was their drinks were a little bland, I felt like my iced chai latte tasted more like a watered down mix rather than a good quality latte. The iced tea also tasted more like juice than tea.
It took a while to get served, and a table that sat after us had their order taken first, which stunk. However, it felt like they were short staffed and were clearly very busy.
I also wish they would either age limit the location or ask for people to use quieter voices. The cats at times seemed very overwhelmed and kids were regularly picking up the cats or following them around with toys, which made the cats nervous and flee to higher ground.
I'd recommend it for a week day during the year for a nice lunch with cats. But if you come during a weekend peak hours, expect to wait!
I visited this place for the first time yesterday! I had the London fog which was really great :) I liked that there's different options for milk since I'm lactose intolerant. The cats were lovely 🥰 waitress was nice and patient too! I recommend this place( ◜‿◝ )♡
This is one of my favourite places in Montreal! The cats are adorable and very well cared for. The staff members are also all very nice and knowledgeable about the cats.
The food is delicious (I’d eat there even if there weren’t cats) with good vegan options. My go to is the cat-puccino and the tropi-chat desert. They always make a note that their prices are slightly raised to help fund cat care, so I approach my purchases with that in mind, but also in the 6 years I’ve been going there they have barely raised their prices.
I always leave feeling happy. It’s also a great space to write, something about it fuels my creativity.
It can get a bit crowded but honestly it’s absolutely worth it. I’m so glad this business survived the pandemic and I hope to keep supporting them. Thanks! 💗
I am a cat lover. I was so excited to visit this place. I had an amazing time at the Cafe .my kids was happy playing with cats. The service and the menu is unbelievable amazing.
Hands-down. My new favorite Cafe of this year.
Absolutely fantastic experience at this cafe. The staff are very friendly, and being in the presence of so many beautiful felines was a wonderful experience. Oh and the food is absolutely delicious!
We passed by and saw the cats like kings inside and we decided to take a look and for our wonder the guy that received us with a cat on his shoulder was very nice and welcoming as well as the girl who took the order. You can breath the cool vibe of the place and the food was great.
