The host friendly and very welcoming didn't make us. Went around 8 so wasn't busy but I noticed the host didn't stand around was constantly cleaning up which was very nice to see. Are serve was sweet and friendly had perfect timing with letting us getting settled in and giving us time to look over the meanu just perfect timing. Food was amazing got the butter milk fried chicken everything on the plate was amazing Husband got the 12oz steak medium rare with mushrooms and onion and a fully loaded baked potato he said it was perfect and very tasty got the skillet cookie for dessert also amazing best experience I've had in a very long time will definitely go back . Now we went around 8ish at night so things can be different around busy hours

I've never seen a problem so quickly, proactively, and enthusiastically resolved. The assistant GM Felicia set a whole new standard for amazing service. She took what would have been a middling experience and really made it a positive... Without a need to voice a complaint either in person or online. This type of leadership makes a difference, and I will definitely be coming back to Montana's on Wellington as a result.

When we arrived we were met with a friendly greeting from Felicia the manager. After we were seated, we were served promptly by Sarah who is an amazing waitress. Funny and very attentive checking back to see if we needed anything else and how the meal was. The food was served quickly and was hot and delicious. We will certainly be returning on our next trip to London.

I would like to share a little bit about my experience at Montana’s Wellington. Brie was an amazing host pointed out where restrooms were spoke to me on the way to the table and pointed out their lobster steak menu. Jessie was great and walking by clearing off any empty dishes off the table to keep a clean table all times! Grace was a great server, knows menu, knows what to suggest. And her steps of service were spot on. I took all her recommendations. I would highly recommend to ask for her as a server. I ordered appatizer, steak that was so tender and cooked perfectly! Well done kitchen. I will be back.

Went for the all you can eat rib wednesday. it did not dissapoint! Rib's were tender, and the sauce selection was great. Also enjoyed the spinnich dip and the pao shrimp. Our server Liz was fantastic.

This place has a beautiful atmosphere I love the rustic feel The food was great Sat in and our waitress Dami was great Drinks took a minute cuz the bar was busy so I drew on the table 😆 great fun 👍

The evening started out dreadful as we found out that our favorite buffet restaurant was closed. But Montana's quickly turned our evening around by offering fresh tasting assortments of food. We started with deliciously crispy and cooked to perfection wings which were 1/2 price on Mondays. Our waitress was fantastic and friendly and in no time brought our main meals that reminded us of home cooked meals on the plains. A great experience overall and we will definitely be back!

I had great experience at this restaurant about food, customer service. This is first restaurant that who actually considered that i am vegetarian and order burrito bowl without chicken. I was shocked because i had to pay every other restaurant even though i order without chicken or anything but this restaurant said that I don’t have to pay.I really appreciate for that and continuously checking that how was it. I will visit again for sure!!!!!!!! 🫰❤️
