If you blink as you drive down Trafalgar, you might miss this restuarant. It's very small and cozy, but the food is excellent. Probably the best option for authentic Mexican food in London. The fajitas especially are really well done. I ordered take out, but would consider eating in next time.
We went out for date night, this was our first time visit. Friday night, no lineup, decorations were nice Mexican theme inside and out. The service is slow to greet guests and slow to bring drinks and follow up after food delivery. The menu is full of choices but a little hard to read because of letter font style and size combined with poor lighting. I tried the paella, my partner tried enchiladas. Both had good presentation but size of meal should be larger. The salad comes with the enchiladas but isn't very impressive. I found the price a little high for portions. Dinner for 2 was almost 100 with one dessert that was over priced again. 15 dollars for a single simple deep fried ice-cream. On a final note I believe it is owned and operated front and back end by East Indians. I tried speaking Spanish and the server knows none. Lol. The clientele is almost entirely white couples ages 30-50. I don't think you will see any Latinos dining here if that tells a story of its own. The table hot sauce tastes like hot vinegar. . They need more hot sauce options. With all said. I would recommend it, I will try anything once. I don't think you will love it or hate it
I love this place and we took friends who also loved it. Food is great, inexpensive compared to many other places and service is friendly. They also sell their own sauces which are delicious. It does look questionable on the outside but the inside is good. Don’t just drive by, go in.
