Had an early dinner with some friends here on a Sunday afternoon. Staff are friendly and attentive.
The inside of this place is great! It feels somewhere between an old coal miner's den and my grandfather's basement bar.
Overall the food is ok, my favourite was the Saganaki. Portion sizes are generous and enough for two people but they don't let you share (don't know strictly this is enforced). Yes you definitely gotta luv pasta to eat here! Everyone will have leftovers.
Delicious!! Noodles done perfect. Ordered the Fettuccine Carbonara with a side of Mozza Garlic bread. Cozy place. Good food
Got a Spageddy with meatballs here, spaghetti and tomato sauce were incredible… however, I didn’t love the meatballs, I could taste the fat over the meat… service is quick and professional. Nice atmosphere and ambience.
Very much recommended!
Definitely a landmark in London, located in a very unique alleyway. The interior is impressive and the service was SO lovely. They use vinyl covers as menus!
However, the food wasn’t anything special. I found the atmosphere to be the most outstanding part of my experience.
Had a wonderful time at this restaurant. My daughter and I ordered two pasta dishes and they were the lunch size portion. Let’s just say they are very generous in portion sizes. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was super cool.
I was in London for business, and wanted to venture downtown for dinner on my last night. I had googled “best restaurants downtown London” the night before, and came across this little gem. The pictures were so cool, so I had to try it. The vibe in Eddy’s was incredible and the wait staff were super kind. The food was decent, but I am an Italian gal so I’m picky with my sauce. I would recommend and go back! Thank you, Spageddy Eddy’s!
Fun vibes inside, good service, and amazing portion sizes (got 2 meals worth of leftovers out of 1 plate). The pasta sauce is a bit on the bland side and could have used some stronger flavours, but it's hard to beat the overall value for the price. Really enjoyed the Eddy Bread taste-wise. Also would be nice if they had a printed drink menu, though the server had the spiel of drinks memorized well.
Visited for our first time on the recommendation of my son's friend. The interior decor was nostalgic and eclectic..absolutely loved it! We were seated promptly and had menus within minutes. The menus were inside old record album covers .. so unique, and mine was of an ABBA album I had back in the day! Our drinks and entrées came quickly to our table and were piping 🔥.
The pasta was delicious and done just right! Our server was a Gem .. she was very welcoming, pleasant to talk with, and a lovely British accent to boot!
When we come back to London, we'll be sure to visit once again!
First time customer . Heard amazing things . We ordered take out but missed out on a good in person quiet dinner. Maybe next time. The food was amazing . We had amazing customer service on phone with great recommendations
Pictures don't do it justice . We had Chicken nachos. Chicken Alfredo spaghetti and meatsauxe with green pepper. Garlic bread with cheese and bacon..
Visited here Monday night - it was a good atmosphere & food was delicious. Portion size was big & you will definitely need a take-out box.
One tip: staff was speaking very loudly and using alot of profanity. I could clearly hear everything they were saying. Not sure if I would bring little kids.
