If you want healthy homemade food then this is the place to go. The ABC wrap is my favourite for lunch and the BEC Breakfast Bagel is perfect in the morning.
Kim and Darren are a pleasure to see and talk with. I always feel at home there. ❤️

If you are looking for homemade soup and sandwiches, then this is the place to go. I used to eat here over 10 yrs ago, and it is still the same excellent quality.
The owners, Darren and Kim, are the nicest people you will ever meet. They will get to know your name and what your usual is. Super hardworking and make the experience an outstanding one. Will be going back to buy some of the Highland Grog Coffee and have the heavenly BEC Breakfast sandwich.
Defiantly a favorite! The food is always fantastic and fresh. I love soup and sandwich for lunch and I have never been disappointed! The variety is excellent and healthy. The decor is fun with old bikes in the wall! Although not in the same location it's a good reminder of the Old Bike Shop!
Love the soup. I ordered a soup & bun for takeout @ lunch. Very delicious and interesting combo of ingredients. Tea was self serve - you get a hot cup of water and you choose from a good variety of tea bags in neat metal containers on a shelf. Loved the organic tea selection.
Awesome and Delicious. Lunch is wonderful but go for the dinner and have the meal of trust. It is a 3 course meal and it is always super tasty. Just tell them what you don't like and they make it great. I buy gift certificates for all of my clients because I love this place.
Mm mmm good. Love going to Bike Shop Cafe for lunch. Their food is always really fresh and their specials are amazing. Prices are awesome and they also have wine and beer on the menu to keep you refreshed. I always have a tough time making a decision on what because everything is so good, but I follow the general rules:
1) ALways have the special (if there is one)
2) If you'r having a tough time deciding between the special and a regular item, always go with the special
Kelowna's Best Kept Secret. This place is so amazing. I don't know why everyone is not there. The owners are on site and making sure everything is done right. I feel like I am in Vancouver again. I love the feel. Real food not out of a box you can really taste the fresh local ingretients. These guys are all about local from the wine, beer, coffee and produce. My wife and I love this place. We even go there in the evening for Dinner. Try their meal of Trust. So unique.
Great little place. This place serves quick, fresh and tasty lunches. The real hidden gem though is their vegetarian/vegan-friendly dinner menu. Must try as it shines above their already lovely lunch fare.
Incredible! They have several vegetarian and vegan options, serving muffins and smoothies, as well as having a whole hot lunch menu.
I thoroughly enjoyed my Black Bean Avo burger with lots of veggies on it, and the Veggie Rice soup was INCREDIBLE! Plenty of dill and a wide variety of veggies made it so good I took an extra bowl to go for tomorrow. My only request would be to offer a washable cup for their on tap kombucha.
Fabulous coffee and lunch spot with antique bikes on the walls and Bob Ross teaching how to paint on the TV.
Ordered 2 times and wanted to give 5 stars based on my 1st experience but the grilled sandwich ordered on the second day was way different than the 1st day though they were exactly the same. Pics attached, you can see for yourself. It was not well made, lacked stuffing, was over grilled. Couldn't even pick it properly, everything fell apart. You can see the size of the both, not sure what went wrong though the staff was the same. Everything else ordered was good especially mushroom soup🍄. Soups ordered were turkey deluxe and mushroom soup. You can make your own sandwich, concept is good, vegetables and soups are fresh but they close very early at about 2pm.
A really neat sandwich and coffee shop with a mom and pap feel to it. The sandwiches were delicious - it was cool how much you could customize them. The food had a “homemade” vibe with very fresh ingredients and generous portions. We also felt the prices were great.
Our only gripe with this place is the hours - we’ve tried to come here many times and the majority of the times we’ve come it’s closed. Not being open on weekends is a weird decision - we would definitely come here more if they were open weekends.
The coffee here is really good and the cafe is super cute. The staff are super friendly too. Definitely will have to try the food next time!
The value of this place is untouched. $7.75 for a salmon sandwich with real salmon (not even canned), lots of veggies, and good bread. Plus they’re so friendly!! The best healthy lunch spot around.

Excellent food, fresh made to order. Good range of dietary choices. Fun environment. A favourite place for lunch when I'm in Kelowna.
Five star simple deli sandwiches for $8... Soft chewy fresh bread, big selection of quality meats, veg, cheeses, sauces, and dressings.
The coffee is great too, but I go there for a lunch that will fill me up for about ten bucks.
It's a cool, independent café with personality and reasonable prices. I enjoyed the tomato soup, a veggie sandwich and a matcha latté. There are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options in the sandwiches, burgers, salads and soups, but unfortunately not in the "hot lunches" category. The menu is designed with nutrition in mind and I appreciate that they have items like quinoa, sprouts and avocado. The service was friendly and authentic, and I have to bump them up to 5 stars for that since it's so rare. It lifted my spirits a bit to have lunch here instead of a chain.
While on vacation I stopped in to grab a quick breakfast. I returned for lunch (I had the Monkeys Gone Bananas smoothie), and breakfast the following day.
I can say I was genuinely impressed by the food (especially for the price) which came in excellent portion sizes. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will say the houseblend coffee left something to be desired.
Great little spot, if you need a quick, hearty meal. Check out, I doubt you will be disappointed.
Great place for lunch. They serve a large selection of tasty sandwiches and wraps. Fresh soups of the day. They also offer all day breakfast. Amazing service. Friendly staff.
