Ever since Taco Del Mar left town I've been looking for a new burrito place that satisfied my needs of a hefty but simple burrito place....I came across this place searching for food trucks to try and the entire experience I had was top notch. They told me all about what was in it, accepted that I can't have alot of things they usually put in and did a burrito right for me on the spot...It's a little pricier than I'd like but it's definitely the 2nd best burrito I've ever had, the best in the okanagan for sure.
The quality is definitely there and the pork belly is absolutely delicious (although I did feel my arteries clogging devouring it lol, maybe cut some grease somewhere?), maybe will try the tacos another time!
Only critiques are the price being a smidge (a couple bucks more compared to something comparable in size/quality on the coast) higher than I'd like and maybe making the overall size a little bigger (Still, was full for hours but there are days this would fall a little short) perhaps an option for extra rice alongside the extra meat/cheese options too to bulk it up further though that might require a bigger tortilla.

Absolutely phenomenal, delicious tacos. The hand pressed fresh tortillas are excellent. I had the pork belly, the ground beef, and the fish, and I'm not sure which one was the best.
I would get ground beef tacos more often if they were all like this: savory but also saucy.
The fish taco had a great texture and flavor. Highly recommended.
Pork belly is apparently very popular here and I could see why. It was shredded and crisped so it was soft but also crispy.
All the housemade hot sauces we tried were delicious.
I doubt you could find better tacos than this anywhere around here!
The fish tacos were delicious. Whether it justified the 'premium' price for what is essentially ordinary street food is subject to debate. The service was friendly and efficient. The truck was parked in a parking lot next to a major highway. Convenient, yes.
Got the classic mixed plate (chorizo, chicken and ground beef). Told the server I am gluten and dairy free and they easily accommodate my dietary restrictions. Portions are bigger than expected and also more flavourful than expected (and I have high expectations). I also got a peach karma which is a drink made right in Kelowna! Highly recommend :)
THIS IS A MUST GO! Food is amazing. I’ve never had such a good assortment of vegetarian tacos. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. There is outdoor seating available.
Seriously the best spot in the Okanagan for Mexican! Super generous portion sizes for a reasonable price which feels like it’s hard to come by these days! Food quality is second to none and the guys in the truck always just seem to be so happy, you really can tell it’s made with love! Can’t recommend enough!
I stopped here today while in Kelowna and had the quesadillas. This was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. So so so good. Nice work and I’ll be back for sure! Awesome staff, great atmosphere
Love it!! So fresh and tasty. There are so many great tacos to try so I will have to come back! The chilli lime sauce is nice and the premium pork belly is so worth it! If that's not your thing there are vegetarian options too. It is the perfect amount of food for the price. I am bulking and just barely finished!! The staff were also super chill and friendly. See you again soon!
The food here was excellent! We ordered a pork belly burrito, a tofu burrito, and the quesadilla. The portions were excellent and they all tasted fantastic. Even the quesadillas which are easy to become very average tasting were excellent. The pricing was average and the service good. No real complaints here and I would definitely go back!
Literally my first stop when I get to Kelowna. Our family has never been let down by this place and their awesome food. The OG food truck is my favourite and you have to try the fish burrito with avocado and the honey heat hot sauce. Another favourite is the tofu tacos with avocado.
If the food truck isn’t open, hit them up at The District.
An absolute must try.
Being from a large city, and owning food trucks myself we always try to stop and support local food trucks. Many times were disappointed, but that’s definitely NOT the case today.
These tacos are AMAZING!! You can tell they put a lot of love and care into their food, and it shows. 3 large tacos loaded up properly they hit just the right way!! The value is fantastic as well, when restaurants are jacking up prices and shrinking down portion sizes.
110% will come back again, and highly recommend if your even thinking of checking them out, DO IT!!
