We hadn't been to Red Robin since they removed the Burning Love Burger off the menu a few years ago. We decided to try Red Robin again to see if there were any recent changes and we're pleasantly surprised to find the Burning Love back on the menu. Very satisfied!
I claimed my free Birthday Burger as I am a Red Robin Royalty Member. I sat in the lounge which was quiet to start but slowly picked up for the dinner rush. The Caps and Pens were playing and sound was on one TV enough to hear through out the lounge. They have a large selection of beer on Draught. My bartender was great she kept my beer full the whole time. And their burgers are always đź‘Ť

When we visited this place previously, Jocelyn, our fantastic waitress, really exceeded our expectations. She provided excellent customer service with her vivacious and amiable demeanor. Despite the extensive menu, this charming waitress made excellent recommendations for delicious drinks and appetizers, that arrived relatively fast during their evening rush. She is obviously very good at her job and can tell that she loves it. Overall, for an incredible experience, if you choose to eat in, I suggest taking a seat in her area.
The food was the same as it’s always been. Everyone was nice. Portion sizes are soo much smaller then they were even a year ago. The kids icecreams are now half empty ( though more than enough for what kids need imo) and they are stingy with the steak fries. Bottomless though so I order more and look how much came in the basket. Is there a fry shortage or something? Overall though I still left full. But the fry portions has me scratching my head. (The kids meals had more fries then the adults lol)
Kaylee our hostess was alone that shift but service was still great. Smiles abound! I ordered my fave Shroom Burger and yam fries and it never disappoints. Food was piping hot! It hit the spot perfectly!
The location is recently renovated. The fish and chips were good, nicely breaded with batter that wasn't thick and starchy. Appreciated the choice to switch to a salad if we didn't want fries as the side, and have it be bottomless as well. The wait staff were constantly checking in with our table. Overall, Red Robin is a good place to go for casual dining and your meal counts towards your rewards if you're registered.

I’ve come here many times before, usually it’s a good meal for a fair price. Bottomless fries are awesome and a must! Only con is that this place is super kid friendly so don’t be surprised if you hear a crying baby. Also love the decor, but the place could use a face lift, it’s starting to feel old and stuffy.
We went there tonight, we had the monster burger and the whiskey river burger. I can normally eat an above average amount of food but something about this burger made me feel like it was to much. Whiskey river was really good though. We also had a vanilla shake and Oreo shake and both were delicious.
Pro tip, order a round of fries while you’re waiting for your food so you can have a free appy. Normally this works for us but tonight our waitress forgot to put our order in so we got our round of fries and our burgers (which comes with fries) came at the same time which was disappointing.
Overall, usually a decent place to get some burgers although our service wasn’t anything special this time.
Visiting from Edmonton, and we had to go to Red Robin since we don’t have them in Alberta anymore. Thank goodness they didn’t disappoint.
Our server was in training, and had an experienced server helping out. They were both great, very friendly, with prompt service and no mistakes.
Then there’s the food. How I missed the bruschetta chicken burger, it is my absolute favourite dish there. So freaking good. My kids has their usual orders from the kids menu, and devoured them quite quickly and were very happy about it.
Please come back to Alberta!
first time at red robins! it was a fun and great experience especially the meals we got were very crispy, hot and fresh as well the burgers were soo flavourful and juicy as ever! i definitely tasted the gourmet qualities hehe
anyways fancy fun restaurant and overall awesome service:) definitely recommend this place with family and friends!
