Yesterday was our first time coming here. We were greeted warmly by the cashier. Our vaccination status was verified along with our ID's. Our large group was promptly seated and Deborah was our server.
She's very nice, friendly and she laughed right along with us at the jokes being told at the table.

We ordered the Countryman's breakfast, the peameal breakfast, BLT sandwiches and fries, ham omelette with pancakes and a side of whipped cream. Spaghetti and meatballs. ๐ And an order of Pierogi's. They are awesome and covered with bacon. ๐๐๐
The food is absolutely delicious and cooked fresh when, we ordered. I would have to say the whipped cream was the best. The food is worth the price and it's not bad at all for all of the food you receive.
I would highly recommend coming here. Please ask for Deborah .... She's awesome. ๐
Hadn't been here in about 5 years, so I stopped by this morning. It was delicious. All the food was perfectly cooked and the waitress was a very friendly and welcoming lady. Glad we have such great restaurants here in Hamilton, Golden Griddle is definitely one of them. Keep up the good work!

Ask for Claudia. BEST server ever. Sheโs the whole reason I have been a regular for 5 years! Such a sweetheart and so attentive. Oh and the eggs benny is the best in town! 10 stars.
Went to the Golden with my wife to give it a try since I haven't been to one in years.
And the overall experience was great.
The staff were friendly & even with it being fairly busy at the time, was attending to us to the best of their ability which was nice.
The menu is pretty big with alot of variety.
And the meals we got were hot, fresh, and tasted great. We would definitely go there again.
Was visiting Hamilton from Toronto. Golden griddle was the only breakfast spot open early. Very welcoming on the phone while I ordered, and served me amazing home style breakfast promptly. Definitely my new go to when Iโm in town!
