Brought my burger loving mom here and she now has a new favourite burger spot. Best onion rings ever! Very delicious. Great staff.
We ordered the impossibly sexy burger and the loaded Lucy, got fries and onion rings. Overall it was delish, came out super hot and pretty quickly even though the restaurant was bumping. Would gladly return
Rarely a chain restaurant deserves 5 star and this one is surely a rarity. Great customer service and food. Indoor ambience is nice; wish we could have been allowed patio experience as well - time was a concern. Shakes are heavenly. Surely a bit pricey but then again this is not a so called "frozen patty fresh burger" thingy. You pay for a fresh juicy burger and sides, and you get exactly that. Fries to my surprise were perfectly cooked, right temperature and reasonably salted. Overall a wonderful experience. Nothing negative to say for this location in my first visit; so far.

Stopped in for lunch on Mother's Day. Staff was friendly, polite, helpful, and charming. Was given a great seat next to the open bay which was lovely on such a beautiful day. Our burgers were good, though I was surprised when my chicken fight club arrived with no sauce on it. That was quickly remedied. Husband had a burger with jalapenos and banana peppers on it along with freshly made chips. The sauces for the chips were great and not your usual fair and the chips were quite good.
I have nothing but positive things to say about the Works. The food quality is top notch and the customer service is unparalleled.
The burgers are super tasty. I love some of the specialty burgers. They also have some of the best onion rings that I've ever tried as well as some pretty great shakes. The Works is a solid place to go for a great burger meal that hits your burger cravings.
