Went to Harvey's in Bayer's Lake and I was very impressed with the service we received. I believe it was the assistant Manager who waited on us, and his customer service skills were second to none. He actually seemed to care about his customers experience which is a very rare thing these days. He even followed up by not only delivering our food to our table but checked to see how we liked everything.
The food was fresh and very tasty. I had never tried Harvey's crispy chicken burger before but thought I would try something different this time and it was good as well.
The only area of opportunity I would give to this location is the actual location itself. If you have not been there before and are not going through the drive through it is somewhat cumbersome to figure out where to park. You have to drive around what looks like the back of another building to get to the front of the store which is rather odd. Just a recommendation, but if there are no plans to relocate I would recommend putting up a sign in the parking lot so people know how to access the front of the store.
Regardless, I still give this location a 5 star just based on the service and quality of food alone.đź‘Ťđź‘Ť

I think this is the place where you can get a Veggie option, I've ordered veggie burger and if you like mushroom then there's cheesy mushroom topping that you can add on your burger. It comes with various toppings and sauces to choose and it is definitely fulfilling. Especially for vegetarians, this is an option u can try, although the veggie patty in the burger is not that great to taste. And there is an option to choose between white bread or multi grain bread, there's no such burger store in my knowledge provides a multi grain burger. So it's good đź‘Ť
First time here, got the grilled chicken burger, I felt like it was too dry. Prob will get the beef burger next time. Good service too.
Our second time coming here and we're pleased again. The food is hot and exactly as expected. The workers are also friendly and polite.
They are fast. They have spicy options. You can customize with many options. They have online coupons pretty much all the time. I've ordered to go, and I've eaten in. Their tables were clean. They only ever messed up my order once.
Just wanted to say that Raymond at the Bayers Lake location in Halifax is quite possibly the friendliest employee I've ever dealt with in my life. He noticed my wife was pregnant and engaged us in playful conversation and even wished her a safe and happy delivery! Hope you guys pay him exactly what he's worth because he made our day.

Clean restaurant and a nice staff. Great good.
Food was good as usual and service was friendly. Only thing was the restaurant was extremely hot. I was down to a t-shirt and still sweating. Not sure if it's like this all the time or just today but turn down the heat a bit.
One of the staff on cashier asked me a lot of personal questions even my religion and I trusted her, and she said to me the receipt is supposed to stay with us. The price was 42 $ and I had coupons which is should make the price more low , when I back home I thought about the price I found it is even more expensive than the regular price, and I have other point I found hair in my burger made me disgusted. So I learned Shouldn’t trust people who asking a lot to make themselves trustable .
