Went to Harvey's in Bayer's Lake and I was very impressed with the service we received. I believe it was the assistant Manager who waited on us, and his customer service skills were second to none. He actually seemed to care about his customers experience which is a very rare thing these days. He even followed up by not only delivering our food to our table but checked to see how we liked everything.
The food was fresh and very tasty. I had never tried Harvey's crispy chicken burger before but thought I would try something different this time and it was good as well.
The only area of opportunity I would give to this location is the actual location itself. If you have not been there before and are not going through the drive through it is somewhat cumbersome to figure out where to park. You have to drive around what looks like the back of another building to get to the front of the store which is rather odd. Just a recommendation, but if there are no plans to relocate I would recommend putting up a sign in the parking lot so people know how to access the front of the store.
Regardless, I still give this location a 5 star just based on the service and quality of food alone.👍👍
Great food but I have notice lately that they don’t charge or update menu prices otherwise great poutine
I think this is the place where you can get a Veggie option, I've ordered veggie burger and if you like mushroom then there's cheesy mushroom topping that you can add on your burger. It comes with various toppings and sauces to choose and it is definitely fulfilling. Especially for vegetarians, this is an option u can try, although the veggie patty in the burger is not that great to taste. And there is an option to choose between white bread or multi grain bread, there's no such burger store in my knowledge provides a multi grain burger. So it's good 👍
