I've been to W&B twice. Both times were great. The broth is tasty, the noodles are made each day, and the staff are super friendly. Then cauliflower is a must try. My favorite ramen is a tight tie between the chicken miso and duck shio.

Cool spot, we got there around 5:30pm and it was empty but filled up pretty soon after we got seated. They have 3 local beer taps, a selection of local beer in cans and bottles, and a decent cocktail menu. Service was great. The dumplings and chicharrones were very tasty, as was the ramen. I found the shoyu to be a bit more salty than I expected it to (because of the soy sauce based broth) but it was still very flavourful. I loved the spicy pork ramen - lots of heat and flavour in that dish.

What can I say about this place??? I was in Halifax for two weeks and went into this restaurant to eat 5 times! The Baos are great! The pork belly with fresh kimchi is fantastic!! Best ramen noodle restaurant in Halifax! A must try is the spicy Tam-tam soup.

OMG! This is the first place I was soooooo satisfied with ramen! I wish the owner comes to Edmonton to open another restaurant! You will get full of meat ramen for 13$ and the soup was real. Seriouly thick and deep. This is how I enjoy the ramen. First, taste of your ramen soup only and eat each toppings. And then have some meat with soysauce. When you've done almost 2/3, put few drops of hotpepper oil and do it again all process. Finally when you have only few bites, mixed pepper powder with lest of ramen. And just drink all the soup. Love you guys. I will make a plan to go back to Halifax because of this taste.

Easily among the best ramens I've ever had. Visited twice. Once for the spicy chicken (karaage was perfect) and another time for the tsukemen dipping ramen. The eggs here are amazing. The portions are generous but not wasteful, and the price is what I'd expect for the best ramen in the city.

BEST ramen place in Halifax! Soul warming food, honestly I'd eat here every day if I could and stuggle to limit it to once a week. The broth is to die for and I've never had noodles this good. Cozy atmosphere too.

This is a nice little place to get some great noodle dishes. Their menu is pretty comprehensive, so they will be able to satisfy anyone. The noodle dishes are a good size so you won't leave hungry. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They have a cute little patio setup in the back of the restaurant, giving it a very intimate feeling compared to a lot of other patios in the city. Definitely worth checking out if you're hungry for some noodles!

The best place for Ramen in Halifax. I am a vegetarian and they have amazing vegan ramen. They make a really nice vegan broth and add good choices of veges. I also like their mushroom Bao. Huge portion! Edit - love their carrot miso ramen too! It’s very flavourful and I am very happy with this new vegan option than the previous one. It has a good consistency of the broth and is more flavourful. Always happy with their service in all of my visits.

We were lucky to find a spot on the patio, it can be really busy here in the evenings. It's a popular place. I ordered the pork tantanmen, and was quite pleased with it. The colors and presentation was nice to look at and it tasted just as good. Pricing isnt bad either considering what you get.

Delicious ramen, easy atmosphere and lots of drink options. Unfortunately, not a lot of seating so if you're planning on bringing a few friends, call for a reservation. Has seating available at the bar, but in winter it can be quite cold as the winter breeze from the entrance sends chills down the spine.
