This is a smaller hotel, spotlessly clean. Furnishing is functional and comfortable. I loved the non carpeted rooms. We had a one bedroom suite and it couldn't have been any better or more comfortable. The only thing I wasn't comfortable with was the parking ($), which is at a dark lot about a half block from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and I appreciated them asking at checkout if there were any issues with the room.

Stayed overnight for a Bachelorette and it was wonderfully located between our starting and ending destinations making getting a taxi super easy! The room was super nice and spacious and impeccably clean, we arrived at 1pm and were able to check in early which was awesome as well. The clerk was very helpful at check in and explained parking and everything well and was very kind especially to our monolingual selves.

We stayed one night in a suite with kitchenette. The receptionist was very respectful and friendly. The suite is perfect for a couple and was very clean. The location was perfect to visit the museum, the board walk and the music festival in Gatineau. It’s an easy access to byward market. We will stay again in this hotel.
