My Husband and I won a Valentine's Day contest with Bambou for a free meal. It definitely brightened our day, especially as we had to celebrate a weekend late as I am a front line worker. Not only did the owner go above and beyond to accommodate us, she delivered it in person the weekend after. She also took into consideration my food intolerances! The won ton soup is excellent, really flavourful won ton's and tasty broth. The egg rolls and garlic spare ribs are also really fantastic and the chicken fried rice had a great amount of seasoning. A really lovely and tasty meal!

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic! Whether it’s in the restaurant or ordering over the phone, they are so amazing to deal with. Super friendly and efficient. The food is great too! Highly recommend!

We order takeout from them every couple of weeks. They have vegetarian options for me and meat options for my husband. Reasonable prices, speedy delivery and the customer service is always great. Especially the delivery guys :) We had one bad experience with the mushroom egg soup but they quickly offered to drop off new one for me. Rewards card is a plus!

This is that great kind of Chinese Canadian food that just brings you back. Must tries are the chicken balls and red sauce the combo plate 4# special comes with some. The buffet is pretty good(try the garlic mushrooms!) including won ton soup, with lots of deserts with 6 kinds of ice cream! And it's not even 30$ for all you can eat! You come here hungry and leave here full! The wait staff are great, fast with refills and always happy and smiling. And Margret is such a great host. I'm not a robot or a paid ad, I just really like this buffet and it's worth checking out

The Bamboo pulled through! Went in to the bamboo and talked to Janet who helped me with the choice and quantities for a get together of 20. All the food was ready at the time promised all prepped in containers for take out . The food was delicious as always . Thank you to all the staff at The bamboo for making this happen. Great food great service!!

Good was fantastic! I like that they cut a hole in the top of the chicken ball cover to let the steam out, so it keeps them firm and not soggy.

Have eaten here several times while visiting Aylmer. Good atmosphere (the staff made me feel welcome, and the owner came over to chat), and the food on the buffet was hot and fresh. What more can a hungry traveller ask for! Would highly recommend.
