This is a smaller hotel, spotlessly clean. Furnishing is functional and comfortable. I loved the non carpeted rooms. We had a one bedroom suite and it couldn't have been any better or more comfortable. The only thing I wasn't comfortable with was the parking ($), which is at a dark lot about a half block from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and I appreciated them asking at checkout if there were any issues with the room.

Stayed overnight for a Bachelorette and it was wonderfully located between our starting and ending destinations making getting a taxi super easy!
The room was super nice and spacious and impeccably clean, we arrived at 1pm and were able to check in early which was awesome as well.
The clerk was very helpful at check in and explained parking and everything well and was very kind especially to our monolingual selves.

We stayed one night in a suite with kitchenette. The receptionist was very respectful and friendly.
The suite is perfect for a couple and was very clean. The location was perfect to visit the museum, the board walk and the music festival in Gatineau. It’s an easy access to byward market. We will stay again in this hotel.

We stayed for one night at Les Suites Victoria. As we like to walk, the location was perfect for exploring downtown Ottawa across the bridge and a few of the gems on the Gatineau side. Service was friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The beds and linens were quite comfortable. Our only complaint is that the old heat pump split couldn’t keep up with the heat and humidity in the area when we were there, so although the room is advertised as air conditioned, it was still uncomfortably warm and humid in the room.

Really nice hotel. Our room was really big. Lots of space and huge washroom. A bit cold but that’s fine.
We only stayed here 1 night. Front desk lady was really nice. Aaron really liked the room. Kitchen had all the supplies with stove, microwave, cutleries and pans for cooking and a big fridge.
I recommend staying here and this place isn’t too far from the parliament hill, only about 5 min drive away while it’s a lot quieter here and rooms are much bigger.

A hidden gem. Clean, spacious and friendly. I would definitely come back here. Restaurant in the lounge and to my surprise there's a full kitchen in the room!

Quite far from the center. Because its not very convenient with public transportation, i had to walk 25 minutes every morning.
The room are good, bed comfortable, staff is ok.

Location is good. Only minutes from down town Ottawa and the By-Ward market. Upon checking in, the room was very hot and stuffy . The air conditioning wasn’t working. The staff was quick to react and provided us with another room. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and courteous.
