This restaurant has very young staff. They are very polite. Burgers are toasty and crispy. We really like them. The service is fast. We were asked to wait in a reserve parking spot. The order is ready within 5 minutes. Caution: they will not take Ontario coupons.
The McDonald's employees are trying their best to give out the orders correctly to the customers. This is probably one of the busiest McDonald's and has very low and young staff, to all of you adults complaining, keep in mind you're complaining and yelling at a child or children whose first job IS most likely McDonald's. It's not the employee's fault that the wait is long when there's 10+ customers ordering a big order and they find themselves being pending 17 🤦♀️. Of course many McDonald's will forget things in your order and it's not guaranteed to always get everything in the bag, but keep in mind that here, the staff are pretty young and probably stressed out by you guys ordering. Please be considerate and if they forget something, just inform them and get their attention. The employees will gladly give you what you're missing, just don't yell at them despite you being annoyed. Trust me, the staff are annoyed too but they push through really well 🫶
I love me some chicken nuggets, but more than often they forget to put the sauce in the bag, and I drive away before I can ask for it. Grrr 😤 😡

We stop here often. Very nice restaurant, well taken care of and nice new renovation.
I'm not a big fan of fast foods in general, however the kids that work here, are awesome. When I lost my wallet they called me to tell me that they had found it, that made my day.
Bagel breakfast sandwich was good, the hashbrown was way too greasy and the orange juice was not cold.
Visited Quèbec from Virginia, me and my friend know a little French but not much. Staff was very very accommodating to an English speaker, and the poutine was magnificent! Also, young, but very respectful staff. They have all been smiling while helping customers, it seems like a nice work environment.
Served me indoors even though they were closed due to my trouble speaking french. They helped me find what I was looking for and the store was spotless.
I did not know that the chicken nuggets here was so good because it was fresh.
