I order from this place online about each other month. Aside for one time in about 5 years, it was always high quality. They missed one of the topping in my last order and fixed the issue in a way that exceeded my expectations. I always thought that customer service went down the drain for many businesses since the pandemic but this one kept it up. Not the cheapest pizza but that's okay since the pizzas are great. Easy to order online.

The food is usually very good, but one thing I've noticed is that if the pizza oven is off when you come in the pizza won't cook properly. I've had difficulty with one of the clerks who didn't seem to understand english or french. It took seemingly ten minutes to get across that I wanted garlic sauce instead of tomato sauce on my pizza while using a variety of english, french and pantomime. This is still my go-to pizza place in Gatineau for value and taste.
