Claudine's is hands down the best breakfast restaurant in the city! If you like eggs benny this is the place to go! The food is great and the service is outstanding. Their new location on the south side is beautiful and inviting! Claudine's is a must stop place for delicious eats in Fredericton!
Claudine’s new location provides a welcoming and friendly environment. Their food is unique to the Fredericton area, providing guests with homestyle maritime dishes. Whether I’ve been there for work meetings, with friends, or with my young family, I have always had a great experience and felt welcomed. I highly recommend their brunch menu or their seafood chowder.
My husband & I had our anniversary dinner here last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. We both had seafood & I must say it was the tastiest and freshest seafood I've had😃. I would fully recommend! Great food and awesome service! We are definitely repeat customers!!
Love this spot!! Had the the fish tacos today and a mimosa. The staff were all very friendly and didn’t mind that my baby dumped half of her lunch on the floor!
First time going to Claudine’s new placement on Dondonald Street!! All I can say if you haven’t been there yet, GO! Amazing food, great location, beautiful inside and definitely East Coasts best comfort food! Absolutely loved it! And will be back again!

Love the new location, the decor was appealing and welcoming. The new menu choices were great. The food was amazing and fresh, we tried the California club and it was very good. The restaurant was full capacity and the servers were on top of their game! We'll be back soon! �
Tried this spot for the first time yesterday. I gotta day, we were impressed. The menu has an extensive selection of seafood dishes as well as all day breakfast. I will say the portions could be a little larger. The service we experienced was speedy, friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll be back!
One of our most cherished places for breakfast in Fredericton. Tons of options and the most amazing staff. Everything comes with a smile and if you want... a belly laugh. We are lucky in Fredericton to have a spot where so much care and creativity goes into your meal!

Love the new restaurant, the service is second to none and the food is delicious!! Would suggest trying the Eggs Benedict and their homemade pies, one of my favorites is the coconut cream !! 👍👍
