This is my husband and I's go to pho spot. Pho Chu The is our absolute favorite broth for pho, it's so flavorful. Plus we always ordered our favorite sides which is the deep fried wontons and deep fried spring rolls. The deep fried wontons are so crispy and the spring rolls are a classic must have. This is our consistent pho restaurant as the service is impeccable every time we stop by. Our water is always refilled and the staff members always check to see if we're doing okay.
What makes this pho restaurant special compared to other pho places, is THE STAFF. Hands down, incredible service every single time. I would always come here with my husband when I was pregnant and now my little one is 1 years old and we bring her. The staff members still remember our faces and now get to share our favorite pho place with our little one.

I've tried many styles of Vietnamese foods and this place hits the right spot.
The flavours are all there and the price is very affordable.
One thing to mention is that upon waking towards the front door, you can smell the amazing fragrance of their grilled meats.
Been coming to this place since 2007. Absolutely love their satay beef soup. The flavor is incredible. The service is always excellent. The staff is super friendly. If you’re looking for great authentic Vietnamese food, this is it!
Being Calgary born and raised I've had a lot of Vietnamese food in my life. This place is by far the best I've ever had, everything was top notch flavour and quality. I have no idea how I've tried so many different places over the years and never stumbled across this one. It will stand as my new baseline for quality in the future.
Excellent food & pricing. The decor could use some upgrades but overall an excellent experience.
Tasty, authentic tasting pho. Clean flavours. The waiting staff is super nice as well. Price for the pho is a little bit on the pricey end. The spring rolls are also a little on the small end for the price you pay. Definitely satisfied my Vietnamese Pho craving! Will definitely recommend you come here atleast once to try it out!

New Vietnamese restaurant in Mahogany. Tried it today. Small setting, very clean, and environmental friendly. Would definitely go back again! The beef steak with rice and egg.. sooooo good! And so cheap too! Friendly staff.
Taro Bubble tea was too sweet but it’s all good, it’s not a bubble tea place so can’t be picky.
Chicken wings were so yummy but they’re small and only comes in 6 pieces, not sure it’s worth the price.
I love it tho! Can’t wait to go back
10/10 for the Vietnamese Egg Pancake, it was the best one so far that I've tried. Bun bo hue is also good. However the Pho wasn't on point on that day. Affordable price and friendly service. Definitely comeback
They serve an amazing Pho Sate. The most bright, delight and authentic Pho Sate soup ever! Service is also flawless.
Just one thing, if you have a huge appetite, it would be better to order an X-large size with additional noodles and even additional meat. It could be a bit pricy just for one bowl of Vietnamese pho. However, I would say that their Pho Sate is that good.
