This is my husband and I's go to pho spot. Pho Chu The is our absolute favorite broth for pho, it's so flavorful. Plus we always ordered our favorite sides which is the deep fried wontons and deep fried spring rolls. The deep fried wontons are so crispy and the spring rolls are a classic must have.
I've tried many styles of Vietnamese foods and this place hits the right spot.
The flavours are all there and the price is very affordable.
One thing to mention is that upon waking towards the front door, you can smell the amazing fragrance of their grilled meats.
Been coming to this place since 2007. Absolutely love their satay beef soup. The flavor is incredible. The service is always excellent. The staff is super friendly. If you’re looking for great authentic Vietnamese food, this is it!

New Vietnamese restaurant in Mahogany. Tried it today. Small setting, very clean, and environmental friendly. Would definitely go back again! The beef steak with rice and egg.. sooooo good! And so cheap too! Friendly staff.

10/10 for the Vietnamese Egg Pancake, it was the best one so far that I've tried. Bun bo hue is also good. However the Pho wasn't on point on that day. Affordable price and friendly service. Definitely comeback

Pretty good Pho/Bun Bo Hue, but portions seems to be smaller than other places, so if you are hungry or eat a lot you'll want to get the larger size and/or add more meat/noodles.

. Came here twice in 10 days because the bo ne was delicious, only thing missing from this dish to be 10/10 is the pate. Bun bo hue and regular pho was good as well. I will def be back when I am in Calgary.
Great food, easy to find parking spot, clean interior, and friendly staffs. They also provided fast services. Just one thing - a bit pricey compare to other Vietnamese pho places.
