Branch have many experienced and welcoming employees, we are usually visiting this branch. Mrs. Yang Gao and Mrs. Yana are very welcoming and helpful employees, and If you are newcomers from Ukraine, this branch has Ukrainian speaking employee.
Usually branch busy only in lunch time, at other time branch is more free, we waited for 15 min's maximum each time we come to this location.

I had good experience while opening the new comer bank account. Advisor Kevin helped and provided all info, offers etc. Chequeing account opened in 30mins.

Great Bank!!! Williams had me out in literally less than a minute today when I arrived at 3:58.
Hardest working/ most efficient among downtown RBC personnel is Carolyn.
I now feel bad for most of them having to go to Bankers Hall RBC for COVID. Most were taken out of their usual routine/environment and placed into absolute death at Bankers Hall.
I will now bring all deposits to this bank permanently. No questions whatsoever.
If you’re reading this please try your best to keep it our little secret, otherwise this bank will likely fill with scumbag customers from Bankers Hall. I give credit where it’s due and I’ve been here 6x since reopening and never a wait. Keep it up!
I like going to this branch to take care of my day to day banking, I just find the customer service area layout a bit odd - a big open space with "islands" where you see your advisor, not teller booths as before. That being said, never had any problems carrying out whatever I needed to do there.
Service at the wicket was very good had lots of questions about banking. The lady that helped me was very professional and courteous.

I visited the branch today and was surprised how clean it is and nice renovation. Not a long wait time ( less than 3 minutes) and was serviced by an agent with great customer skills and nice person.
