Branch have many experienced and welcoming employees, we are usually visiting this branch. Mrs. Yang Gao and Mrs. Yana are very welcoming and helpful employees, and If you are newcomers from Ukraine, this branch has Ukrainian speaking employee.

I had good experience while opening the new comer bank account. Advisor Kevin helped and provided all info, offers etc. Chequeing account opened in 30mins.

Hardest working/ most efficient among downtown RBC personnel is Carolyn.
I now feel bad for most of them having to go to Bankers Hall RBC for COVID. Most were taken out of their usual routine/environment
I like going to this branch to take care of my day to day banking, I just find the customer service area layout a bit odd - a big open space with "islands" where you see your advisor, not teller booths as before. That being said, never had any problems carrying out whatever I needed to do there.
Service at the wicket was very good had lots of questions about banking. The lady that helped me was very professional and courteous.
