Love this spot. It’s part of a gas station and convenience store. New owners apparently in the last couple of years. Lamb plate was $12 and comes with lamb, toasted pita, tsaziki sauce, rice, roasted potatoes and Greek salad. The lamb was fairly smooth and tender! Great flavours. The chef even asked how the meal was. I’ll get take out here again it’s so cheap!
Great Greek food! Very friendly attentive staff. Fresh crisp veggies wonderful seasoned rice with perfectly grilled juicy chicken skewers. Crispy fried bread for dipping in your tangy delicious tzatziki sauce. Potatoes are cooked but with a bit of a bite still in them. Great value for a Greek chicken platter. Will definitely be back for another meal.
We had lunch at Creteus this afternoon, it was fresh and delicious. We shared the dolmades (I ended up ordering 6 more to go because they were so good). We also shared the calamari which was fresh and not greasy at all, the chicken souvlaki wrap and Greek salad. We enjoyed everything, including the man working who was friendly and brought us over a taste of the just made rice pudding (which we will definitely be ordering next time we go in). Oh, and the baklava is delicious as well. Great little place!
Don't let the look of this place deceive you!! The food is fantastic! Especially since the management has changed! It's so fresh and full of flavor! We are always so stuffed! Their souvlaki (full plate) donairs (full plate) Greek salad, hummus, tzatziki and pita are all delicious!! If you get the tat or hummus and pita be sure to order the large and LOTS of pita!!
MOUTH WATERY FOOD WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE. I had great experience with this place.The food always phenomenal and plentiful.service was very quick and extremely friendly.. the atmosphere was great.i feel like getting food from here is money worthed.
Really Really GOOD!!!. We catered for 200 people this past weekend from Creteus. Food was VERY well received by all - we had pitas and Greek salad. Both were excellent, and the portions were very generous. Additionally, the service was excellent. I will definitely be looking to eat Creteus food again in the near future. Thank you!

Good Souvlaki. Since my colleagues brought back items from Crete Souvlaki & Gyros for lunch. I can't comment on the service or atmosphere. Also keep in mind the take out experience isn't the same as receiving food fresh from the hot plate.
I ordered just a chicken souvlaki. The chicken was moist, tender and nicely grilled. The Tzakiki sauce had a really nice flavour. The pita was fresh.
For fast food, I give it a thumbs up. I'm looking forward to trying more items.
Qwerky enviroment, but awesome food!. This place serves very good Souvlaki (better than Opa anyway) for fair prices. Don't judge this place by the fact that it's also a gas station. Or for the fact that the multi-cultural staff (none of whom are Greek) are poor communicators. Or for the fact that they are disorganized. It's about the food. Plus you can fill up your car while you eat.
Move over broken plate. Nay-sayers, say what you nay. This neighbourhood gas station has the best Greek in the city. Service is wildly variant, but the hearty warm Greek food is my go to for takeout, with the chicken wrap with potatoes, salad, rice and bread steals the show. Their tzaziki is addictive; it's the BEST!
