A great place to pop by if you are craving some hot chicken sandwiches smothered in gravy with a side caesar that has the crunch contrast you need.

It wasn't very busy when we visited, and the inside is a typical cafeteria/mcdonalds style.

Staff was a little intimidating, but only because we took a minute to look over the menu as we've never been.

Cross between fast food and mom's leftovers. The menu is an interesting offering of different dishes all tied together with of course chicken.

Rated 4.5 b/c Christy's puts out good food consistently. No it's not fine dining by any means but if you want a hearty meal for a good price, then Christy's is a great option. My go to's are the mesquite chicken and honey chicken.

This fast food joint is a stand alone building located on 32nd between Boston Pizza and Arby's in the NE. It has been putting out reasonably priced good food for years. I first started eating at Christy's in the downtown location years ago. There was always combo deals with their rotisserie chicken - quarter chicken with two sides or hot chicken sandwiches, fries, and drink = save $$. This was important for this poor university student who like to study at Devonian Gardens. I was very sad when they closed the downtown location.
