We had a best experience...best food...best service...thank you and thumbs up for you guys
We went here for our first Filipino dining experience. We were amazed at how good the food was. And we were constantly looking at what the tables beside us had as the smells coming out of the kitchen were out of this world!! We will most definitely be back. Clean restaurant (most important to me) and the staff was so kind and welcoming. Can’t wait to try all those other dishes!!
I don’t know how this place managed to get such a low rating. My boyfriend and I just visited for the first time the other night and we will definitely be going back. Yes, the parking lot is very, very small, maybe 6 cars maximum can fit, so I can see how trying to find parking when it’s busier would be frustrating. Our waitress was a little bit slow on taking our orders initially but overall was quite nice. The food here is fantastic. I’m not sure why it says the price is “$$$” because for the two of us to get fairly large portions it was only $25, which if you’re getting the good stuff at fast food places, I find it pretty comparable for quite a bit more food that is better bang for your buck and it tastes better. My boyfriend got Tapsilog and it came out on a sizzling plate which stayed hot his entire meal which I was impressed by. I got the Crispy Pork Adobo and that was great as well. All the food we got was fresh, tasted fresh, we had no problems in terms of quality. I also appreciate that they give a description of the menu items under the title in case you don’t know what something is. Overall, a pretty damn good experience. I would say ignore the 2.9 out of 5 because seriously you’re going to miss out on some great Filipino food if you go off of that.
As usual, I had a wonderful time at Adobo. It never ceases to amaze me how wonderful and delicious the food here is. If you haven't been, go there!
Went here with bunch of coworkers and ordered the boodle fight and the halo halo dessert. Definitely worth the experience and must eat with large group of ppl so you can try a bit of everything.
One downside is the lack of vegetables, sure there was couple pieces of eggplant but there just wasn't enough...just lots and lots of pork, which was delicious btw.
It's fun eating with your hands (they provide gloves) and the halo halo dessert was good(first timer).
Surprised by how Inexpensive it was. $15-20 per person for all that food, and that includes the gratuity
First time trying Phillipino food. I got pork belly adobo to go. It was delicious. They offered to give me a free drink cause it was my first time. Very nice people. Definitely coming back!
Don't know why this restaurant's rating is so low. It and it's sister restaurant get 4 - 4.5 star ratings on all of the other sites.
Great food, fast friendly service and affordable prices. Had the Sisig and it was great. So good I felt like ordering another full one.
If you are looking for great food and affordable prices, go here.
The restaurant is very small and located in a small lot with minimal front parking. THe decor is very basic and evoked luau-like feelings. There isn't fancy seating here! If you do the shared family feast they wrap your table in saran wrap and then layer banana leaves on top; otherwise you get a wooden plate layered with a banana leaf. The first time I was here the leaf was large enough to cover the whole plate; the second time it barely covered half of it and got in the way of my eating my food (I'd rather just leave it off if it's not going to cover the whole thing).
Most of this menu (typical of Filipino street food) is fried, and includes pork. The kwek-kwek (deep fried breaded quails eggs) were firm with a nice crispy coating. The crispy pata was a very large serving for the price and the skin was crispy and well cleaned (I hate when the hair is left on the skin - not appetizing at all!). I really liked the crispy adobo, which was fried pork belly in the adobo sauce.
Very family friendly and reasonable prices. I'd go again!
I LOVE the crispy adobo. My boyfriend had the volcano (spicy) adobo and he liked it as well. Took some sansrival home with me. Service was super fast. Went sunday for dinner.
Its family oriented setting with very tropical ambience. We ordered Crispy Pata and Crispy Adobo (Lechon Kawali). Both were indeed crispy and tasty but we like more the Crispy Pata, crispy in the outside soft and juicy in the inside but the condiments didn't pass my standard. For dessert we ordered cassava cake which is good. Over all experience is 3.5 all because of a very welcoming owner and staff. Recommendable . . . Michelle Zamora Castillo Rivor
Extremely friendly service. The food is fantastic. The menu is easy to navigate and the portions are PERFECT. This is the MUST GO TO adobo restaurant. Highly recommend
