I love this place! The laid back, yet clean and nice environment makes for a comfortable time, every time.
The staff are always friendly in my and my friends' interactions with them when I visit and the reviews from friends who I've introduced to the place, have always been great.
I love the healthier and more balanced food options that are available here, along with the variety offered.
I think it's great that they support local businesses with their food sourcing and appreciate the different way of serving that is used here. You can take your time deciding what to order, write it down on a sheet of paper and then as soon as you're ready to put in an order, just bring it to the counter and the kitchen will quickly prepare your meal and have it brought to your table.
This is also a great option for grab and go meals and meal compliments, such as tasty appetizers, delicious desserts, nutritious juices and more.
I would highly recommend this place for anyone interested in a refreshing choice for good food/fuel that tastes great too! :)
This is a neet little place.... Two different grill going... In the center they have a really good salad bar and pasta's you can take home to warm up in the oven.
The wine bar is stocked with about 10 top picks... 2-3 beers on tap... And top end beers in the coolers... But No Stella :(
This is a great spot in Bridgeland to score a healthy and delicious breakfast. The bonus is the breakfast crowd hasn't found it yet. Great! Pick-up your lunch or dinner on the way out. Friendly staff. I had the Sweet Potato Hash had two perfectly cooked soft poached eggs atop spicy Spolumbo's sausage and of course sweet potatoes, plus a healthy helping of Guac! It was around $12 - The prices are really fair and the coffee is good! You have to pre-pay at the cash, but the service is fast and kind. (no worries that tipping will not reflect in the service).
Not too shabby. The system and pricing is a little confusing. The fresh salads at the front looked so delicious !! But we had to order quite large portions of them for "eat in". They caught our eyes though so we knew we would be trying some ! The roasted broccoli and kale salad was really good, super rich though with lots of ricotta !! The Asian noodle salad with the ginger soy dressing was a little bland, I had high hopes for it though ! The green beans with almonds were good and simple. I ordered a half veggie sandwich which was loaded - really good but ultimately I was very full ! We had lots to bring home too!
What a perfect healthy option for a casual date night with friends/family! I came here on a Monday evening and the restaurant was fairly empty, I suspect because there's a handy takeaway option. Small sheets of paper are provided to write down your order and to bring up to the cashier to order and pay. I ordered the Not Butter Chicken,which was quite good but I wish it was more spicy. Portions are a healthy size. Definitely filling without the awful feeling of stuffing yourself. Staff were really friendly, you can tell they're passionate about this. Definitely gonna keep coming back and trying new items!
I like that you can go here for breakfast and there's no line up. Simple menu and fast. The potato pancake is a nice alteration to hash browns. The eggs bene was nice and runny with orange yolks the best. It was a bit weird to see a huge sign saying how they support local but 3/8 beers on tap are Molson products. We have 40 micro breweries so lots to choose from now.
What an awesome little place to eat in or takeout. We had a Groupon and came for breakfast. The service was excellent and so was the food. The prices are also more priced competitively amongst the other breakfast/brunch restaurants in Calgary. I got the sweet potato hash and R got the Bulkers omelette. We both enjoyed it very much and really liked the atmosphere.
Excellent food. Super friendly service. Casual and relaxing atmosphere. I left having that feeling that every passionate restaurant owner hopes to give a customer. Happy, more than satisfied, looking forward to coming back and excited to spread the news.
I think I can honestly say I'm eating brunch here every weekend for the rest of the time I'm in YYC. The food is so fresh and clean and perfectly balanced - for my palate anyways.
Consistently great service and fresh selections. Their grab-to-go salad and entree bar is convenient. Expensive but quality is good. 1/2 price wine Wednesdays are a great deal for a post-work drink!
Love their fresh sandwich and salad bar! Great selections of food to either dine in or take home. Free wifi and lots of tables... Makes for a great place for meetings or catching up on work with a delicious lunch. On the pricier end for a grab and go shop.. But the quality is definitely there and you won't be disappointed. You get what you pay for :)
Wow! Great food! I had the turkey corn chowder soup and the turkey club sandwich and they were both fantastic! Really nice atmosphere but a little confusing on how to order food. Is it a cafeteria? Is it self serve? The people behind the counter can answer questions but you place all your orders at the till. Once I figured all that out it was great. I will be back! And oh by the way, the service is great! Super friendly and informative lady at the til!
