love this place. used to come there nearly everyday when I went to bow valley college... in retrospect probably wasn't the healthiest habit but that's on me and not on the tremendously friendly and chill staff. This place is exactly my type of greasy; by that I don't mean the cleanliness of the establishment (as it is impeccable) but that it's covered in band stickers and the people working and down to earth. (also at the time a bucket had to be put on tge floor whenever it rained haha classic roof issues) food was also really good when I went with other people that actually ordered food and not just double jack diet's short no ice and pabts blue pints (cheapest on tap). in conclusion I have had a tremendous amount of good times here and I commend the staff for tolerating me with such a pleasant demeanor and I hope to return soon. hopefully you guys host some gutteral shows soon.

Great place with the best food, drinks, music and so much memorability to see. If you have not gone you are missing out.
I came here for brunch on a Sunday morning, it was pretty quite and lots of seats open. Place was pretty clean and service was nice and fast. We had the big burrito and hangover hash with alberta beef brisket. The beef was amazing, it was perfectly cooked and went very well with the eggs, hash brown and tomatoes. I would definitely be back for brunch.
The place has a smokehouse vibe with the decor. I was visiting from Toronto and came across the place near my hotel. It was the rib special night so I tried them. I thought they were very, very good but not great. They were not fall off the bone tender like I like them. But that is a preference thing. The taste was excellent and they were well prepared. The waitress was excellent.
We had the all you can eat ribs. They were delicious. The chipotle bbq sauce and the mustard is a must try. The sides of beans and coleslaw were great too. The service was excellent.
Great food. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, the beans were delicious, the cole slaw was crispy and fresh. The waitress was attentive, friendly and helpful. Love the funky atmosphere, comfortable, casual and interesting.
The nachos were pretty good. Amazing atmosphere here. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were pretty fun to talk to. They play some of the best music in town and a pretty big variety of it too.
Good place. Looks a little dated and the bench I was on wasn't super comfy. Food was good but not great. The smoked chicken was great but the ribs and brisket were lacking. They needed to be on the smoker longer.
Solid 4. The only reason why it doesn’t rate a perfect 5 is the price. Otherwise, it’s consistently good and my go to is always the brisket. While some sides are definitely better than others in terms of value, it just comes down to a matter of taste. I’d recommend the smoked pit beans, bacon corn on the cob. Avoid coleslaw, it’s very pedestrian.
