There are many more cons to pros at this place with service and the confusing menu. But we fell in love with their California roll and the tempura yam rolls. Cali rolls were fresh or shredded imitation crab meat with mayo salad. That is So Much better than a stick of cold crab meat. The rice was flavorful and fluffy, and perfectly bite size that melts in your mouth. The tempura yam was not greasy and again perfect bite size. Will go back just for these two items. The tuna roll was not good. We will stick to the cooked stuff.

Spicy Tuna Rolls are one of my favourite things and these folks do one of the best.
I'm not putting them up against Minami but for a small operator they are great.
I've had a dozen over the last 3 years and the consistency is unbeatable.
I've only seen two people doing rolls during this time period, how cool is that.
Dynamite rolls are decent as well.
Anytime I'm in "Metrotown Center" or near it, these folks are at the top of my list for quick eats.
