Ordered the beef dip fully loaded, and garden salad with vinaigrette dressing this entire order is so delicious.
The server is very attentive to her customers.
The service here is fairly decent. I ordered the White Spot burger and it was delicious. The milkshakes are very good. All in all a fairly decent dining experience.
The cheesesteak hash came in a hot skillet with smashbrown potatoes cheese, beef, spinach, red peppers topped with two poached eggs and hollandaise.
I actually really like White Spot's burgers. The bun is always fresh and the burger is always juicy. The triple O's sauce is delicious and I really like the fries as well.
We had brunch with a friend last saturday at the Metrotown location and the experience was overall amazing. Since the moment we came in the service was perfect both the hostess and the server were friendly and efficient. We were seated immediately upon arriving in a comfortable booth in a quiet area. The server came up to take our orders as soon as we were ready, and the orders were quickly delivered to our table, she also came up to check on us and refill our drinks several times through the meal.
The food was delicious. We ordered from the brunch menu that has quite a few interesting options that can be enjoyed until 3:00 pm on Saturdays. We got our plates quite fast considering we were in the middle of the lunch rush. The chicken and waffles I had were perfect, crispy and full of flavour.
All things considered, White spot provides good value for the price they charge and the menu makes it the perfect place to enjoy with family or friends.

It was a Saturday and the weather was a combination of sun and cold. A friend and I decided to take advantage of the day and we decided to go to The White Spot restaurant. It was the first time that I knew a White Spot, we went to the one that is close to Metrotown with a close friend, everything was new and and with full of expectations for me, it wasn’t what I expected, it was so much better. To start, the host gave us a friendly welcome, then she took us to our table, a comfortable and clean table that you can enjoy eating your meal. The service was the center of attention, kindness and satisfactory customer service by our server, the important concept was to make us feel pleased. The table was clean and the environment was delightful. The server filled our cups of water immediately after we sat in; also, the server gave us the enough time to see the menus and think what we were going to eat, well everything seemed provocative and appetizing. The menu was really exquisite, explaining every detail of the content of the food, it was three menus about every specialty that the restaurant offers. I decided to eat the ribs with fries (also the restaurant offers that plate with mashed potatoes), the portion was enough and delicious, everything were cooked and I could taste the juice of the ribs. The plates were clean and the food were in our table fast, we didn't have to wait so much time. The server was concern and asked if everything were fine or if we need something else. We didn't have to get up of our place to pay the bill, the bill was in our table fast and in the right way. The part that I found amazing was that always the server was with a smile and was responsible for clean run away the other tables when some customers left. I really want to come back to the restaurant, the experience was really satisfactory. I can say that everything was Bon Appetite¡¡¡
For me this is a really good restaurant I had a really such good experience, the real Canadian breakfast I love it!!! Everything its good the hostess the servers, the ´atmosphere in the place, a clean place. excellent quality of food.

Dine-in= good, take-out=bad.. I appreciate the re-vamped menu, especially the veggie burger. Dine-in experience and food quality is far better than take-out. I do not recommend ordering take-out from this location. The whole 'spot-check' procedure is an attempt to ensure some quality control, but often falls flat.
Can be good but. They are not consistent. Some days the burgers are great. Others they are not good at all.
Good place for a hearty meal! A dinner will likely cost over $20 per person (just for the main), but the portion size is fair. I had the Avocado Impossible Burger, with the vegan/GF option and upgraded to sweet potato fries. With the $3 upgrade, you only get one serving of the sweet potato fries (not endless like one would with the regular Kennebec fries). I wish there was more avocado in the burger, but the kitchen was able to accommodate sautéed over picked onions at no cost. Service was friendly and attentive! Hoping White Spot adds more to their menu to accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan, GF, etc.) in the future.
CANADA DAY 2022! place is getting old but they are still trying their best to keep up. there are a bit more options in the menu. they have unlimited fries for burgers, but it's not as good as Redrobins but for sure better than McDonald's.
got the cheesesteak hash. it's actually good! and filling! it will probably be my go to on the menu if ever i come back here to WS.
server was really really nice. im pregnant and asked if everything was cooked and all those things. she went 1 step further and went back to the kitchen to make sure everything was pregnant friendly for me. points for that!
they just dont have enough vegetarian options so it's hard to eat with my husband with me. you can swap the patty which is ok, but you will pay the same amount just to take out the meat in the other meals.
washrooms were actually kept good and clean. yes outdated cz flush is by hand. still good enough cz water is sensor.
White spot is our favourite chain restaurant, homey, and not too flashy. Service was great, my wife loved her breakfast, mission accomplished. Well done
Nice family restaurant with a very good server. The coffee and hot water was regularly topped up.
There were 4 of us and my mom and I split a clubhouse sandwich and didn't get the stink eye.
Food is good, not Amazing hence the 4 star.
Parking in front of the restaurant is a bonus.

The experience at this white spot was excellent the service a 10 the three different meals that the three of us had was all 10 out of 10. Thank you to our waitress she gave us excellent customer service the overall experience at this white spot over the top. My family will be returning to this location In the near future. Was great actually. I wanted breakfast but it was lunchtime and we had time before a doctor's appointment so we actually first went to Denny's up the road which had a 15 mins wait. So we didn't wanna wait since we didn't have much time for that. Went to White Spot and got right in and the waitress was very helpful. I was very disappointed there weren't any pancakes but got a waffle and it was actually very nice. The waitress helped us order a meal without meat. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the decor was very nice and calm. One thing I noticed was it smelled like they recently had had a flood or something. I went to the washroom and the same dank smell was so much stronger in there. Not sure if something had recently happened but if nothing did happen and it always smells like that, I'd say it's a problem. Not the kind of thing you wanna smell when eating.
