The organization and friendliness alone are worth the 5 stars. The portions are massive and fresh. My work guys and I eat here EVERY FRIDAY and have yet to be disappoint! Automation loves you guys!! Keep up the amazing work!
Was a massive sandwich. I didn't know what I was getting into! Had the Veal with grilled eggplant and cheese. Delicious. Next time I'll try the chicken!
Best Sandwich I have ever had. Very simple and flavourful, I wish i knew how they did it. Great staff and efficiency when the line is out the door.

Good job Guys,, best clean Restaurant Burlington.
Love this place for a quick grab for lunch. Not alot of options but they the ones they have are good. Fast service with good size of a meal. Worth every penny and delicious . Could make it bit more spicy ;)
I tried this place while in town on business. I had the veal sandwich with pasta salad. The sandwich was so good and the salad was delicious. I was so full. It was a $15 total, and worth every penny. Awesome!

Sandwich was good but could be better with fresh toppings. My husband and I thought we would try this place. We both ordered the veal sandwich. Mine with cheese and eggplant, his with onions. We both asked for lettuce and tomato to be a topping after tasting them. We were promptly told that those toppings weren't available and there is tomato sauce so you wouldn't need a tomato. Well, the sandwiches are quite large. we could have easily shared one for lunch. They were tasty but I still felt that there should be an option for a fresh slice of tomato and/ lettuce to be on the bun. We will go again but I hope they have lettuce an an option or that the sandwiches are good enough to stand alone .
Daayyyuumm!!!!. So good.
wont disappoint!
Cali's. Great food, great value, nice location
The Sweet Veal tastes just as good as the ones in downtown Toronto.
So happy to have one in Burlington.
The staff is friendly, and honest. I just lost my wallet there during lunch, came back and they kept it safe behind the counter for me. Thank you to the amazing staff there, I'll be back for sure!!
I grew up eating the original California Sandwiches on Claremont Street in downtown Toronto and it was my favourite meal growing up. Frankly, over the years, although still good, I found that the original location's veal meat has become tougher. However, I was pleasantly surprised; this location's (Burlington) veal sandwich was reminiscent of the sandwiches of yesteryear. The veal was tender, crispy, flowing with sauce (as it should be) and perfect spiced (I asked for medium). This location is highly recommended.
Food quality is fantastic...... But today I want to speak of the integrity of the buisness.... On a previous visit approx 5 weeks ago I bought a hot veal sandwich and a medium olive..... Got my order and drove home from Burlington to Hamilton.... Only to arrive home to notice I never got my spicy olives.....
I meant to call them but I got busy and forgot.
On Friday June 16th I was in the area and again and decided to take sandwiches home for dinner and I spoke with the lady at cashier and showed the purchase receipt spoke she with manager and they said yes no problem and replace it for him no argument or needed.
Glad to see that not only do they have great food but great integrity.
They were exceptional!!! They were closed due to a power outage when we walked in and only really had 1.5 hours left to serve but then the power came back and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my 6 year old son had his first real California Sandwich experience.
You guys ROCK!!!
The best veal sandwich and rose lasagna in Burlington area 😍 my family loved the lasagna for Easter 🐣 the staff was very pleasant and the chef was very gracious offering me help to my car and also taking the time to explain to me the best way to cook the lasagna.
Thank you very much ! It was a major hit 🙌🏻I will always recommend you to family and friends 🥰
Great food ready on time, always a good meal! Had to take a away a star for the customer experience I had today. I had a $30.00 gift card and wanted to make sure I used all of it so I didn’t leave it with $2.00 and forget about it so I brought in $2.70 in change. The total came to $32.87. I asked the cashier if I could pay the $2.87 in cash but I only had $2.70. So I was $0.17 short $.15 really a diamond and nickel. Your cashier Forced me pay with a $20.00 bill. By definition nickel and diming me. I am all about making money, but $0.17 will make no difference to you unless your business isn’t successful and about to flop. So now I have a pocket full of even more change, all over $0.17/$0.15 In my opinion more people would have told you to keep the change today than $0.17.
All the sandwiches are excellent, but the best one is the chicken sandwich is delicious, the tiramisu is very good too. Forget all other places with children sandwiches, if you want the best this is the place; also the best California sandwiches is in Burlington, I move to Toronto and some times I only drive to Burlington for a chicken sandwich. Thanks
Accidentally came in after hours without knowing, absolute G’s still pulled through
Oh yeah and it tastes top notch
