I absolutely love this bake shoppe. It seems crazy that Kelly's has so many amazing reviews on here, but some of the negative ones pop up when you first visit the page. When I saw that, I had to add to the long list of glowing reviews because Kelly's is truly a fabulous place to visit. The decor is terrific, the service is impeccable, and the food is oh so yummy! I have been a customer since they opened and I drive 45 mins each way to buy their treats (and I'm not vegan, nor do I have allergies...I just love their high quality baked goods!). Luckily for me, I can buy in bulk and then freeze them so they keep for a long time. Everyone makes mistakes and there may be some disappointed people out there, but some people also can't be satisfied no matter what you do (and Kelly's does such a great job of responding to each concern and issue - well done guys!). I have been a customer since the baked goods were sold at their restaurant (Lettuce Love Cafe- formally Kindfood) and have literally never had a bad experience. I no longer live in Burlington but I come in whenever I can for a treat. My all time favourite is the brownies. Yesterday I had a "fluffer nutter" whoopee pie and it was amazingly delicious. Also a big fan of the coconut lattes ❤️ The staff are always friendly and helpful. Karen especially is so nice. Thank you for making all of my choco-holic dreams come true 💕 I highly recommend this place to anyone! The fact that it is gluten free, vegan, and allergy safe is just a bonus!
Visiting Kelly's is always a pleasant experience! I personally go for their cookies which are absolutely delicious - i do find them 100x better than the cupcakes, the Snickerdoodle is amazing. If you're in the Burlington area, you must go to Kelly's simply to their delicious Snickerdoodle (cannot rave about it enough!!) YUM!
Love purchasing baked goods from here for family events. The cupcakes are always delicious - strawberry shortcake, coffee break and chocolate coconut being family favourites. Brownies and nanaimo bars are always a huge hit in the family as well. We love ordering our baked goods in advance - always an easy process, service is great.
I live in the area and stop by occasionally. The service is always professional, friendly, and quick. The baked goods are consistently delicious every time. Their new Pilot coffee is a real treat.
Hands down my favourite bake shoppe around! From the amazing staff, to the amazing location and not to forget..the phenomenal goodies that they bake everyday! Some of my favourites are their iced coffee in the summer or lemon meringue latte when I need a hot beverage. They have the absolute best brownies and chocolate chip cookies! I highly recommend giving this shoppe a try if you haven't already .
Kelly's is my favourite bake shop in the GTA and even in the Toronto downtown core. Even regardless of the fact that it is vegan/gluten-free/nut free. The treats are genuinely delicious and I love knowing they are made with whole ingredients and no artificial sweeteners.
OMG! Tried this place after so many recommendations from friends and WOW. It did NOT disappoint! The service was incredible and the baked goods to die for. I got an oat milk latte and a morning glory muffin.
Staff are so friendly and so helpful, always willing to help. Love the snickerdoodle cookies and lemon tea lattes!! Highly recommend.
I love it here! Every one is so nice and the treats are to die for. The snickerdoodle sandwich is my favourite, hands down. I can't believe it's all dairy free and I can have it all!
Kelly’s is amazing! I love the baked goods, the atmosphere and the fact that EVERYTHING is peanut, gluten, dairy and egg free! It’s also 100% vegan and plant-based. 10/10 would recommend!

Pretty much the go to vegan bake shop in Burlington. If you’re looking for unique cookies, cupcakes, etc, then you’d want to stop by and see what they have. Super friendly service as well and you leave happy wanting to come back again. It was so good I forgot to take a photo before I took a bite of the lemons poppy seed loaf!
Friendly environment, quality products. While I'm not vegan / anti peanuts, etc, most of our studio folks have some sort of an allergy / food intolerance. This is the safest, tastiest place where we can get something everyone can enjoy.
I absolutely love Kelly’s Bake Shoppe! I’m from out of town so I can’t visit often but whenever I find myself in the area I make it a point to visit! The staff were so friendly and helpful on my visit and everything is so beautiful within the store. I tried the snickerdoodle oat latte and omg it has so much flavour and tastes just like the cookie!! I highly recommend 🥰💞
We LOVE 💘 LOVE 💘 LOVE 💘 Kelly's Bake Shoppe! I love that my child can go here and choose whatever he wants in the whole bakery. At other places he has to choose from one or two (unappealing) gluten free options, or no options at all! He is so excited everytime we come here. The cupcakes are by far our favourite, and with new flavours all the time we just HAVE to keep coming back! I also love the high quality ingredients that go into each scrumptious dessert they make. I am definitely willing to pay a higher price for the peace of mind of understanding the ingredients in my food choices. The staff are all amazing as well. They are so welcoming and helpful, you just can't help feeling happy when you are here. You have to go and check them out...you will seriously not be disappointed in the food or the staff!
You can't help but smile when you walk into Kelly's. It is so warm and cozy! The decor is beautiful and unique. All of the offerings are delicious. I love how salt is balanced into certain recipes. The matcha cookies are so delicious. I always purchased muffins, pumpkin scone, cupcake and a snickerdoodle. Nothing disappointed. I'm so thankful for the time and effort taken to make allergen friendly goods. I will always stop here when in Burlington 🥰
