Great place to try out Peruvian dishes. Food is fresh, flavourful, very well presented, and all questions answered on the cultural significance. The owner is right there among the staff on the floor making sure the patrons are happy. You would never know it's her. We ended up closing the place with our waiter, Javier, and the owner chatting up. We hadn't realized they were closing and never felt like we had to go. You want to try this restaurant.

Was looking for a good Peruvian restaurant and this restaurant was recommended by a friend who recently visited and Iโ€™m so glad I was not disappointed. The menu has lots of great options and tried quite a few different dishes. All were very tasty and portions were surprisingly generous. Walter our server was great and helped recommend some dishes. I highly recommend this establishment and I heard they also have dancing on Saturday. They not only gave us one desert but two for my wifeโ€™s birthday

๐Ÿ“El Inka (1940 Appleby Line, Burlington, ON) โฃ โฃ We checked out @elinkaburly for some Peruvian food last night. It got pretty busy but we managed to snag a spot at the bar without a reservation. โฃ โฃ The grilled octopus was DELICIOUS and the texture was perfect - not overly chewy and not overly soft. โฃ โฃ The main star - the paella - was stuffed with seafood. We didnโ€™t expect it to have that much with the rice so it was a pleasant surprise. Restaurants tend to give you like 2 dots of calamari and 1 scrap of shrimp when you get a rice/pasta seafood dish. There is more than you can see in the picture as the dish is quite deep. 100% worth the price! I was stuffed by the end. โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ™๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฉ๐จ ๐š ๐ฅ๐š ๐๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š ($22)โฃ spanish grilled octopus marinated in aji panca sauce, purple potatoes, choclo, chimichurri, asparagusโฃ โฃ ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฆ๐‚๐ž๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ก๐ž ๐ž๐ฅ ๐ˆ๐ง๐ค๐š ($24)โฃ fresh salmon, diced avocado, shrimp, pineapple, scallops, cucumbersโฃ โฃ ๐Ÿฅ˜๐€๐ซ๐ซ๐จ๐ณ ๐œ๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐œ๐จ๐ฌ ($25)โฃ peruvian style paella, octopus, calamari, shrimp, mussels, aji amarillo, carrots, green peas, cilantroโฃ

Who knew you can have authentic ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ช food in Burlington! Great service, cozy place with a bar, excellent home lager with a hint of sweetness to it, awesome dining experience. The civeche tasted fresh, the veal hearts I thought were very tasty and nicely marinated. The chicharon has real belly meat in it and goes very well with their home made hot sauce. Will definitely be back when in the area.

So good!! Absolutely delicious food, however, beware that Peruvians eat insane portion sizes!! The food was divine, but massive in quantity! Some of the best food Iโ€™ve eaten in terms of quality and flavour!

Excellent Service. Food amazing, we ordered few dishes in the menu as per we were 6 people and wanted to try everything. This restaurant is a must to try if you are visiting town or even if you want to have a nice experience. Only 35 to 40 minutes from Toronto, The cuisine is authentic and the menu has many options to pick from. The server was super professional, and she took the time to explain us the menu to us. She recommended dishes and was amazing. We loved. ๐Ÿ˜ 1. Cevice leche de Tigre 2. Fried red pargo 3. Postre de 3 leches as desert 4. Natural juices The decor was classic and beautiful. Nice bar! And nice wine menu. Finally, a nice Latin restaurant close by with a nice atmosphere, expectacular food and amazing services. 100% coming back and recommending it to others.

Decided to check this place out since we wanted something different and so glad we did. Fantastic food and one of the best service I've received in a long time. Ceviche was spot on, great octopus and good portions. I'll definitely go back.
