I really love this place. I went here for the first time in 2001. I have been going back ever since. Their penne alla vodka are wonderful and the service is phenomenal. it's tucked away in a medical centre building but it's worth the search.

What a memorable experience!
The wait staff accommodated any requests we had and whenever we needed something, someone was right there not even 5steps away. It was one of the best meals I've had in a long time, the food was so good! The food, ambience and service at Il Cavalino was impeccable.! Loved the fresh caved parmesan cheese from the wheel and the risotto prepared by the table and array of delicious appetizers. The shrimp in the tomato sauce, wow!! The chicken and pasta entree was fresh and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of seasoning and paired with their great wine selection. The fresh home-made desserts, to die for! Just an awesome evening of delicious food, great wine and unsurpassed service! :) I have already recommended this place to several of my friends! Killer sophisticated staff, delectable food awaits. It's fairly simple, great pasta plus phenomenal ingredients equal 'awesome-ness'. We love it! Definitely old world. Special thanks to Alex the manager for always going the extra mile.

Best Food in Vaughan hands down!. I have been living in Woodbridge for over 25 years now and i can honestly say there is no other restaurant in Vaughan that has been as consistant with the quality of food that Il Cavallino has delivered. From the previous owner, to the new owner, the quality, comfort and serivce has always been top notch and has been second to none. Every item on the menu is better than the next...and i beleive they are still one of the only places you can get fresh rabbit. Thank you for every amaizing dining experience, and LOVE the new renovations!.
