The best Tim Hortons by far! They are super fast and the food is always fresh, which amazes me because this location doesn’t seem as busy as other but they always manage to serve the freshness food

Feb 2022 - UPDATE: Further to my earlier post I have to give these folks credit for turning things around. They are doing really well now with speed of service and the drive through moves really fast, like it should. Kudos to the manager and staff for making such a difference. Job well done.
Sept 2021 - One of the worst Tim's I have been to. They take for ever to serve, even if it's a coffee and even if you are the only one in the drive thru. Unfortunately because its close to work I have to use them. They are consistent..... consistently bad.
This is definitely a busy location and with it being in a gas station there is not a lot of room for staff to move around which resulted in one employee rushing and burning his hand when changing the coffee in machine (maybe he was new and did not do this properly). My coffee was decent after waiting a while to get it due to the previous mentioned incident.
Today I came from work and so tired then I went to the Tim Hortons 6161 highway 7. They treat me in very well.

OK - All Timmie's have good and bad moments right? Well this location has traditionally had poor service, I've frequented this location for about 5 years now and I have to say things have improved in the past year. The odd coffee might come up wrong, but the staff are working to improve services for everyone. I used to have terrible experiences here repeating orders and getting things wrong all the time..I even reported them to the Tim's online review site hoping things would improve, and they did!! I don't see the problem employee working there anymore. Keep up the hard work folks. And to those who hate on the Timmie's workers please keep in mind they are being paid next to nothing, so rushing your coffee might not always be priority, we are all humans, be nice to each other.
They have gotten a lot better service wise. Much nicer staff
