Visited this place around 12 in night, person Vishal sharma was very welcoming and explained all the menu and items in the menu. Suggested us the best and we had amazing experience. Me and my friends we all love the food and store was neat and clean tidy. Washrooms were operational and store operated till 3 in night. Thanks Vishal for giving us a good time. Kudos to certified burger.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The quality of their burgers, combined with their outstanding customer service, left a lasting impression on me.
Let's start with the burgers themselves. They were simply amazing! The bun was fresh and perfectly toasted, adding a delightful texture to each bite. The patties were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavourful.
However, what truly set Hero Certified Burgers apart was their incredible customer interaction. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The staff genuinely seemed to care about their customers' dining experience, and it made a world of difference. I must give a special mention to Rajni, who stood out with her exceptional professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable visit. She was attentive and her friendly demeanour and willingness to accommodate my requests made me feel like a valued customer.
The overall ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend visiting Hero Burgers for mouthwatering food with outstanding hospitality.

This place was so good! We were looking for somewhere to eat after a long day at Canada’s Wonderland, and lots of places were already closed. We stopped in here because they were open late. The girl at the counter was very sweet. We ordered too spicy jalapeño chicken burgers and they were the spiciest chicken burgers we’ve ever had, but so good. And the poutine had squeaky cheese :).
I ordered 8oz signature burger combo and it was delicious and amazingly served by vishal great service and great location
This location is my favourite. I’ve been to many Hero locations but this place is the best. Friendly people and the burger taste so good. I ordered Action Hero and I have to go back for more. It taste so good. The guy there Danish is so friendly. I’ll definitely recommend this location to everyone. Thank you Danish for being so nice to us.

They crafted my beyond meat crispy chicken burger so well with special hot sauce that instead of one burger i had 2 at same time .

Me and my mom have been coming here every Sunday. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Vishal is a great worker always has a smile on and polite! It’s nice to go some where people enjoy their job! The staff here is more the reason why I keep coming back!
I had a very pleasant experience at Hero Burgers today. Firstly, the man serving me today was very nice and helpful with my order, second the burger I ordered with bacon was especially made finely, and lastly, the sweet potato fries were top notch. The customer service at this location by Ragni and Adnan is outstanding. Both this and the Dufferin/Major Mack locations have outstanding service and fresh food. Our Go to fav Hero burger joints are these 2 locations hands down. Keep it up! If anyone is in the area head to these locations and you will be amazed!
