Came in for some afternoon cocktails while shopping in the Exchange with two family members. I had heard via social media that they had recently opened & were licensed. Once inside we found a very unique cocktail menu.
I had the "Oak Tea" (Woodford Reserve Double Oak, mint green tea, cardamom, coriander seed, honey, whisky barrel bitters)
My cousin enjoyed the "Respect Your Elders" (Elderberry tea infused genever, elderberry tea syrup, egg white, lemon)
My sister was driving & thus had a Darjeeling black tea, recent winner of "best black tea" at the World Tea Espo.
Presentation was excellent, each drink having it's own unique glassware.
As a whiskey enthusiast I enjoyed the use of Woodford Reserve. It's vanilla & caramel notes complemented the mint green tea it was mixed with.
The rest of the family enjoyed their drinks as well. We spent roughly 30 minutes sitting at their wood & engaged in some light conversation with the bartender before continuing our afternoon.
In addition to drinks I perused their menu which included soup, sandwiches, charcuterie, a dozen or so appetizers & a dessert menu of cakes & pastries.
We all agreed we'd return again having had a pleasant afternoon experience.
Very nice place, quaint and cozy atmosphere. Great food and drink, and excellent service.
I would highly recommend checking this place out! :)
