Best place to have delicious, soft, sumptuous pizzas without any hard or burnt crusts. They customize the choices as per the diners request, which is very important for people who have dietary preferences.
Pizza was yummy. Got the G. O. B. Pizza was fresh, made to order. Ingredients were a good ratio.
The team working was awesome and worked well together. 2 guys making the pizza's, 1 guy in charge of the oven and a cute friendly girl on the cash.

What could be better than grabbing Red Ember pizza and some beers and soaking up the sun in the patio at the Forks! Every pizza we have had is top notch. They actually inspire me to come up with creative combinations for my own pizza!
Hands down my go to place whenever I go to the Forks. They have the best tasting pizzas in the city and the ingredients are always fresh. My two favorites are happy pig and hot n honey. 😃🍕
Great spot for great pizza in The Forks. The food is amazing and prices are good. Service is always the kindest and very helpful. They offer many vegetarian options and always suggest a wine to try with the pizza you’re having. Would recommend their Crete-za pizza. Can’t wait to be back!
We went to Red Ember Common on a summer weekday in 2018 and ordered one of their pizzas with pork sausage, onion and fontina cheese. The tomato sauce is San Marzano tomato-based, which is pretty high quality which I found impressive. The toppings were great and the crust was good – chewy, a tad undercooked, but otherwise ok. The restaurant had a number of in-house sodas which we did not try, but looked really good.
Very good pizza. Fast service. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the price. Just a tad on the high side for a personal sized pizza. That is my only less than stellar critique.
