Finally got around to trying this place. The pizza, the wings, the panzerottis all amazing. Very reasonable price and truly delicious food. My new go to place for sure.
Great service. Excellent food. We had the Veggie Supreme and loved every slice. The medium hot wings were a great hit with all of us. Will be trying other pizzas soon. Please support our local pizzerias instead of Dominos, Papa Johns etc.
We visited Mancini's after a suggestion from family. We were extremely impressed with the friendly atmosphere of both the owner and staff. We ordered the Italian veal sandwiches and asked by the owner if this was our first time there and had we ever tried the pizza. We never had pizza from this place...she explained the dough is made fresh by them and offered us a slice on the house to try. How amazing is that, and how amazing was that slice of pizza, it was really good, the crust was light, airy and crispy...and our veal sandwiches were delicious...WTG Mancini's...we'll be back 😋
Finally tried Mancini's yesterday for the chicken parm sandwich and loved it! Sandwich was hot, fresh, and tasted great. We were all impressed. Also loved the caeser salad and the full real strips of bacon included. Agree it's a little on the pricey side, but I didn't find it any more expensive than any other restaurant with similar menus (Italian sandwiches etc.).
I also did love the inside of this restaurant, it was very cute/ welcoming... that was a pleasant surprise!
I have to say I was skeptical of the “world famous” veal sandwich, but I have to say they delivered! An awesome fresh sandwich piled high with tender veal and lots of topping options ($ extra but reasonable). I found the sandwich could serve two, so the price, which I originally thought a tad high, became much more worthwhile when I saw the sandwich.
Excellent food and service to match. I had no idea of the portion size when ordering and was blown away when I picked up the bag at the counter. The weight of 2 eggplant parmesan sandwiches equaled that of a really healthy newborn. So would I recommended ordering 1 and splitting it you may ask? NO chance... I am not sharing mine with anyone. I will save half for later.... maybe. If I can stop eating it. I will definitely be back and will most certainly do another review! 😉
Try the egg-plant parmesan, its excellent. If you aren't overly hungry one sandwich can feed two people.
Staff is super friendly as well. Great place!
VERY good veal sandwich, and excellent French fries too... but not quite the best out there either. Picked up 2 veal sandwich combos for a takeout lunch date today, and it came to $34 without any add-on toppings - which I found to be a bit much. The veal was tender and crispy, and piled nice & thick on a nice big Kaiser... But I didn't love the sauce. It was a bit too thick (more of a paste) and very acidic - and not served hot enough either. I also don't like that they charge so much to add any toppings such as peppers/onions/mushrooms etc... For a $14.99 combo, some toppings should be included. At least the hot peppers were free... Apparently napkins weren't though, as none were included with my mandatory takeout.
The fries were amazing (basically Costco Cavendish fries) and served piping hot...
Overall, everything tasted very good, and the service was great - but it was slightly over priced - and despite looking just like a mouth-watering Sinatra's veal sandwich, it didn't quite stack up as good (big shoes to fill in comparison).
I'll definitely be back to try the pizza.
