Timmy's menu is the best! I lowered my rating for service merely because the app is so slow. Might be my phone, but I don't have the problem with other apps. Service once the order was placed was impeccable. Pre-ordering is a great idea, but it shouldn't take 1/2 an hour to work through it while on the go.
Just stopped at Tim Hortons to kill some time and had a great experience. JM served me and my daughter. He was so friendly and welcoming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The team working at this location in the morning is excellent. They work seamlessly together. Everyone knows what they are supposed to do. They hand out coffee and takeout quickly and effectively. Good job guys. I wish you would be recognized for what you do. It is not easy.

Everyone was very helpful with our lunch order. They were out of a few things and I wanted a new item- not currently on the display menu. Cody in particular was helpful with realizing what I was looking for and giving advice. The wrap was delicious and the service was excellent from all. Ty!
I was in with my daughter today , my daughter was just diagnosed with asthma and we are still trying to regulate it. She was very excited to run in and get a donut after running to the door and dancing around she started having one of her bad coughing fits. While other customers were giving ugly looks. A young man working behind the till had gone and poured her a glass of water and checked to make sure she was okay. That was great role model of how all employees should be and handle situations! Go hear multiple times a week very good place friendly workers and quite clean! How ever if you order a wrap of any kind especially if its really slow or busy expect to have a bit of a wait. When orders back up there is really nothing you can do about it but when its slow its hard to fight the temptation of striking up a conversation with a college
