Dairy queen has awesome food and for very cheap prices I recommend it for somebody you loves ice cream
Came for Blizzards, friendly staff, our order was prepared pretty quick, restaurant was clean and tidy, great experience. Mint Ore was good Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough a little too sweet for me.
Staff were friendly and the food and desserts were up to standard. Their fries are the best combo with the blizzards. I highly recommend taking advantage of their coupons and their app to save money. I bought two large blizzards for $11 with tax. With no coupon, it would’ve been $18.
Nice location, pleasant customer service, busy after school closes. I wish it was wider, between the door, line up, and the freezer. I lived around the corner a long time ago, but I still prefer their ice cream cake.
This place is AWESOME because the staff work their butts off to provide fast, friendly, efficient service.
The number of times I've come here and they are SUPER busy, the line moves quickly, they are FRIENDLY, and they get the order right every single time.
I was just there 9:30 Thursday night and the joint was packed. It had a very relaxed happy vibe. It closes at 10 pm but you would never know it. Not like other places where it's obvious that the staff want you to leave so they can start cleaning and close up.
I've been to the other DQs in town, the Hillside one is very hit or miss, the Douglas is sketchy and I feel sorry for anyone that works there.
Kudos to the staff 👏 here. They work hard and I appreciate it!

Best icecream cake in Victoria 🍻 Last visit wasn't too busy but about 5 people in line. The line moved pretty quickly though. Bathroom 🚻 needed some attention behind the door but other than that my food and blizzard was good lots of toppings didn't melt right away. Strawberry blizzard yum. Please clean more thoroughly 🙏 👏 👌 🙌 thank you.
The service was good when we could get to the cash register. The main issue on my visit was the excruciatingly long order being made by a customer who needed every item to be made a specific way (eg. over cooked fries, light on the condiments, I think, etc.). I'm all for customer satisfaction, but as soon as she was done the order she started talking with the staff about inventory levels and shifts. She was one of the managers. She needed to appreciate that she created a really long lineup of people.
This is the best location I've found in the city. The staff are attentive and kind. There are sometimes long lines, but the staff are efficient and move people through quickly. The bathrooms seem clean as does the restaurant. The fries are hot and the burgers seem better here than elsewhere.
