Service was a bit slow, apart from this, your regular Tim Hortons located in Mayfair Mall. I had a small hot chocolate, and loved it like every time. A cup of coffee always gets me rejuvenated when shopping (and at times, window-shopping!)
very busy place with a continuous stream of people coming in to be served. It has no drive thru thereby overloading the small inside room. Coffee is good and service is fast and friendly.
We had a very large order and the staff were patient, kind and got the whole order correct 😊 Also with only one staff on the sandwich bar they were still very efficient with our order. They even let me borrow the coffee pencil to write down everyone's names on their drinks. I love the service at this location. 10/10 would recommend
Placed a mobile order of a Coffee and Bagel during a huge line up this fine morning! Everything tasted exceptionally delicious and service was very quick. Great job by the crew! Highly recommended.

It's right across from the Food Court, so it can get pretty loud and hectic. Be prepared to wait - mall staff also order from this location and it can get quite bogged up
great food staff is friendly enough though this location never has enough of them
Food took a little long but that's only because there were only 2 people working
What I really like about this Tim Hortons location in particular is that, in my personal experience, during peak times and the line up is curling around, the staff here handle it very well. The line goes down quickly, I never get rolled eyes for asking for a sleeve for drinks and despite how busy it is, customers and staff alike seem calm making it a more enjoyable process as far as standing in line waiting for your morning injection before work goes.

There was a long line up but it was a very fast line up we weren't even in line that long they had great customer service quick at taking your order and very quick at getting it right felt like they went the extra mile today.

I come here everyday at least once a day as it's the only drive thru times in the area and cam I just tell you the day staff is amazing ! Both on weekends and weekdays they do such a great job and are usually the first people I talk to every morning and they are so pleasant! Never have I got my order wrong and they usually apologize for long wait times even though it's more than expected due to the busyness of this particular location, even with a line of 20 cars they seriously so a great job and work as fast as they can. The night staff is a little intimidating, sometimes I will be talking to one person and the manager will come on the intercom a lot more aggressively to answer a question I.e "what doughnuts are still available", it's usually the same person every time and I assume it's the night time manager ? Anyways it seems as if he never smiles and is never that friendly when we say thank you he never seems to say your welcome, never tells us how much our order comes too it's usually just "see you at the window" so we attend to avoid this location at night time.

I've been going to this location for quite some time, and only frequent places that can maintain a good atmosphere socially. The staff here are always working really hard and are quite personable even though they have an endless conveyor belt of humans in front of them, they're really personable people. Great staff. Good culture.
