I ordered delivery from Menbow Ramen Bar through Skip The Dishes (which I fully recommend). The tuna tataki appy was practically an entire salad, tasty and worth the price. The ramen came in separate bowls to keep the ingredients fresh, not soggy. Though I chose the salt broth it wasn't too salty at all - it was delicious. The ramen came with many different ingredients in it and was hearty. If a to-go order is this good, I can only imagine how great it is when you dine in the restaurant.

Great place for Ramen. We found the place just walking around and stopped to try it. We were not disappointed as the Ramen broth was flavourful and delicious. Lots of choices without overwhelming. This is must visit for all to Victoria!
A must-try! Minimalist ambience. The creamy broth of the Menbow ramen has a roasted garlic flavor. The chicken karaage is the best in town.
I’ve been wanting to try this Ramen place for a while and I was pretty surprised with how many options they had! I ordered the Tantanmen and it was pretty good! I liked how there was bean sprouts and the iconic swirly fishcake and of course bok choy. The only thing I would say tho is I felt like the broth was a little too salty. But overall it’s a pretty good ramen. I also ordered the shrimp tempura, which was really yummy too! I would come back to try their Black Garlic Ramen.

A well-thought out ramen restaurant. Restaurant is clean and tidy with attentive waitresses. The menu shows a variety of ramen options such as pork, chicken, or clear (vegan?) broth base. There are ones without broth such as tantan, stirred, or rice available. There are also side dishes to compliment to the order or not.
Miso pork broth ramen is delicious. The bowl comes with large cuts of BBQ pork, bamboo shoots, finely diced green onion, corn nibs, half of an marinated egg, nori sheet, Japanese seasoning, and a couple more. It isn’t salty. Overall there’s a lot going on with each bite a diner wont be bored of it.
On to the didn’t meet expectation part. I may be off but I guess the noodle is generic noodle kind one could purchase from market. Not sure if this has anything to do with the food but I felt super thirsty about two hours after dinning.
In general, this place is a nice option for downtown dining.
We are visiting Victoria from Washington and decided to go to try the ramen here. It was good. I ordered shio ramen it was good, not too salty but it's ok. ( I like salty and hard ramen noodles ). The taste is almost the same as ramen in Japan. Will come back when we visit Victoria again.
I cannot in words explain the pure, exquisite and amazing flavours I have just had the luxury to enjoy. I had ordered the “Menbow Black Ramen” with the delicious flavours of black garlic, BBQ pork, mushrooms and narutomaki. The broth is thick, rich, and earthy. The noodles were superb. The toppings perfectly cooked and seasoned.
10/10. I will be coming back. I will be referring people. Those people will be referring others.

I would say it's good. Nothing special but that is a good thing here. Food taste was just as I would expected. Same as my spot in the States. Affordable good tasting Ramen. Thank you!
