Excellent pizza! Crust is nice and chewy and toppings of a higher quality than most other pizza places. Totally worth it!
Best pizza in Victoria. By leaps and bounds. So so so good. And at a good price point. The only pizza joint in Victoria that I'll eat a pie from.
Best Italian style pizza I’ve had. Always amazing ingredients, crust is thin, chewy and perfect! This is not a Dominoes, if you want that typical Western/North American pizza this is not the place.
But you won’t be disappointed if you want great pizza.
Maybe Standard Pizza is the new standard, the bar has been set and raised. I wouldn’t consider myself a professional pizzaiolo but I know my way around some bread and cheese in pie form.
One of the best artisan pizzas in town. Crust was amazing...great texture and flavour. Ingredients were perfect and not overdone or overloaded. Can't wait to go back and try a different pie!
Amazing crust. Chewy, yet crispy. Potato pizza was so good. The sausage had a great amount of fennel in it.
Standard has much better crust, but Prima Strada has better quality toppings.
Standard has better specials. Much more creative. I love the Spicy Hawaiian.
This thin-crust pizza has amazing flavour, and everything I've tried is great. They have a little seating area for those that wish to dine in as well. Service is nice.
We order pizza too often, and usually spend around $40 for 2 mediums and a side (bread sticks or something similar). Last night, after hearing some rave reviews, we decided to call Standard Pizza to order some food to go. For a total of ~$35 we got 2 small pizzas (1 = 6 slices), 1 small bread salad, and an order of garlic toast - this was enough for dinner and next day's lunch.
The pizza was amazing. We ordered the white and the kale. Both are very simple with few ingredients, but HUGE in flavour. So. Darn. Good.
The bread salad was surprisingly big for such a small price. - $6 and it was a perfect appetizer for the two of us. It was very tasty and the olives were super salty - just the way I like 'em.
And oh, the best part? The garlic bread.

Damn good stuff. We had both the meatball, and the sausage pies, and they were both delicious flavour combinations. The meatball on the pizza was super flavourful and moist and the cheese went lovely with it. (and stood out as well) The spicy peppers on the sausage pizza were real good, they resembled homemade banana peppers? and the sausage was very yummy and had a kick to it, which I appreciate :) We ordered pick up and the staff was very friendly. My new favourite pizza haven in vic!! It was a memorable experience and we will be back real soon...YUM
Amazing pizza - some of the best I've EVER had. Service is fantastic too and everyone in there seems so happy. We called ahead and asked Dan to make us a pizza he think we'd love - he put together something super special and so delicious. Thank you!
Standard Pizza is a must-try for pizza lovers! This New York style pizza is hands down the best in town. Ordering by phone adds to the authentic experience, and though the wait for pick-up can be up to an hour, trust me, it's worth it. The pizza is pure perfection, and if you plan accordingly, you'll be rewarded with the best pizza in Victoria! The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, and the toppings are generous. First time ordering from Standard Pizza and it was excellent ! I had the special - chorizo and tomato pizza - just the right amount of toppings and cheese. Guys were chill and friendly. Will definitely be going back.
Hands down the best pizza in Victoria ( for my taste ). I am not a fan of the thick crust/rubbery cheese Dominos style of 'pizza', and I am sometimes disappointed with the lack of toppings that some Neapolitan style pizza have, but the pizza at Standard Pizza is the perfect medium. The crust is perfectly thin, and the toppings are spot on. My go-to options are the Salami, Meatlover, and the White (with sausage added).
Friendly staff and delicious pie! The lemon wedge offered with the kale pizza really upped its flavor profile. Crust was a nice balance between chewy and crisp. Definitely recommend you give them a try.
Best pizza on the island hands down. Fresh ingredients, incredible taste. We always preorder as they’re slammed every night. My engagement ring was put inside one of their pizza boxes, that’s how much we love it.

The salami honey pizza was a hit. You tasted all the key ingredients and the olives weren’t overwhelming. Loved it
My go-to spot for pizza, there's nothing else close except maybe prima stradda, but it's a totally different pie. Nice thin crust, nice colour on the undercarriage, crispy , not overloaded wity garbage cheese or low quality meats or veg. My regular order is a large pepperoni and mushroom add anchovies, get a kale and mush salad to keep it healthy. Do yourself a favor and go see them.
Dropped in while they had a bunch of orders, made our order right away to go. Very good classic wood fire Margherita pizza where the good ingredients really come through.
Best pizza in the city by far. Quality . Wood fire. Worth the hour wait time.
