Everyone working the morning of June 18 2020 was a delight to be in connection with, very attentive, gave amazing and tasty suggestion, and where genuinely great people.

This Starbucks is one of my regulars and I faithfully drop by every Tuesday to enjoy my weekly indulgence. The staff are always friendly and interested in their customers.
I was impressed as usual till i opted to use the washroom. When I opened the door the pungent smell of urine overwhelmed me. Then as I looked around I could see that the floors hadn't been properly washed in quite some time - the corners were black with months of dirt built up. And, although the top part of the toilet (and sink too), were not bad, when you looked at its base it was was obvious that no cleaning had been done in several weeks. And the walls had dirty streaks all over them. It seemed more like the kind of washroom you might find at a run down gas station than the pristine facilities I have come to expect from Starbucks.
I'm not sure what the staff's problem is but this issue needs to be addressed.
UPDATE: As of January 2018 I am happy to report that the washroom problems have mostly been addressed and in my consideration are no longer an issue. The staff continues to be warm and friendly as usual.
This Starbucks is now deserving of 5 stars.
I love this Starbucks location, which is great since I work nearby. :) It feels really great when you go in a store you love and even better when the Baristas are so friendly and even remember you personally by name. Today, I wanted to take a moment to send a shout out to PATRICK at this location who always delivers exceptional customer service, making everyone feel welcome and he never fails to brighten my day. Thanks!
