Zawa

When i think of "the drive" I think of Zebras they are really exciting and social so is Zawa! I love African animals im into Leopards a lot but i never dislike Zebras! im primarily into Durban, South Africa + Surfing so checkin out Zawa was an obvious choice this year!! You all know Zebras are exotic, athletic, & fast and so is Zawa.... i swear its always hot in Zawa lol Ladies know that its good feung shui for your career to be around purple! Indigo helps your wealth aspirations apparently! I will never forget the Ambrosia i had and the perfect brazilian chicken wings!!!!!!!! 🐔I am a consistent supporter of Zawa a lot this year I have been to their restaurant many times. I am always intrigued by the relaxed guests who are very actively engaged in a conversation during most nights that i come by for dinner! I've always really enjoyed Zawas delicious souvlaki also, ive rekomended it since day one!!!!! I feel as though the crowds are primarily business people over 25! I find it is amazing to walk by Zawa its very futuristic some nights! I am really pleased by the options for everyone starving after work! I think that women are very drawn to the patio because they feel quite comfortable with the entire staff!!!!! I feel as those It was very unique sitting in Zawa on friday when i first visited the venables part of "the drive"! I really like + enjoy the atmosphere inside I feel as though the interior decor is very nice + streamlined! I know a lot of people would really enjoy Zawa since its not from the past it's more like the word modern! Zawa is smart + relaxed like all of Vancouver!!!!! I feel as though the patio is very very relaxed all day the chairs are damn comfortable!!!!! A lot of times people are not rushed when they are at Zawa people tend to take a slow + calm approach to ordering! I think the appetizers are really benefiting from the chefs skills lately lol! Its clear that everything turns out really well + perfect day in day out! The people who work in the kitchen are definitely really smart they are dedicated to the food!!!!!! I appreciate their effort! The bartender on fridays is really nice to lasses I think that he is very willing to talk to depressed ladies! Many people come in sad and end up even leaving stimulated! I think that a lot of the food at Zawa is very unique and properly customized! Ive seen that the kitchen is very clean... the tables are clean too! everyone is well spoken i find it is a polite place the staff are known to be intelligent!!!!! My server always has a tendency to have more patience than most humans which is very important it is normal to be stressed out and alone on a friday haha! I've noticed a number of times that all the staff are very willing to let you talk amongst yourself with your friends! I feel as though they know to not be intrusive and nobody ever eavesdrops on anyone! I feel as though honestly the Zawa logo is very relaxed looking yet its neon and compassionate looking! I recognize there's a cool + subtle lounge vibe present in Zawa!!!!! I know that a lot of people know that the location of Zawa has a great proximity to cigarettes over at the food stop which is 24 hours! I think it's really important to be able to get cigarettes when you're having a drink on a Friday. it's pretty normal for me to have a cigarette on a Friday! I think that a lot of people really like that there isn't a lot of parking but at the same time its not hard to find a lot of people at Zawa! Honestly its located next to a very nice neighborhood and the bus stop is quite close by if you desire to ride the bus home! 🚍 It's clear that adults flock to Zawa most weekends for mature socializing! it's not really for young kids but at the same time i never see any angry families at all outside who dont feel welcome at Zawa!!!!!!! In closing i'd like to say that i know in my heart that vegetables are what keep me and Zebras alive + healthy! Zawa and their perfect staff honestly keep my mind feeling just as healthy as a physical vegetable meal!!!!!!! 🎵🍠🍇🌌🔮🎶👩💜♈✳

The Natchos here are to die for!! Soooo Delicious! You have to try them. Came here with my sister and had a great time. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. For sure coming here again soon!

The staff are all very nice and seem to enjoy working there. Food is always fresh and tasty.. My two faves are the SantaFe chicken sandwich and the Cajun pasta. They seem to of just recently renovated their bathrooms as well which look very modern.. I vote it one of the best places for patios season as well. Very spacious unlike some of the other places on the drive.
Will definitely keep on going!

i had to google search the place to find what the appetiser i had was call as it has a unusual name.
its like a pita with tones of herbs and spices and sesame seeds with feta grilled on top with hummus! and the hummus is the best hummus I have had in a long time!
pretty cheap was about $5 and filling for an appy. could probably share it as an appy really but it tastes so good I wouldn't want to share it haha

Nice Burgers. Went to Zawa recently and tried the organic hamburger and to my surprise it was one of the best burgers I had in town. It was a huge burger and it filled me up really good considering how hungry I was after my workout. Diffidently will be back again.
