When I was visiting a friend one Sunday morning, I thought it would be nice to just relax and have some brunch delivered.  She hadn’t tried foodora before and with their excellent selection of participating restaurants, we managed to find a place that we both wanted to try.  We decided to go with Crêpe Cafe Gypsy Rose, a dedicated creperie located in Kitsilano.  I had been following Crêpe Cafe Gypsy Rose for some time on Instagram and their Instagram stood out because of it incorporated a lot of original artwork while showcasing their food.  I was eager to see how their crepes fared.

The crepes smell amazing! I had the brie, apple, pistachio crepe with a London fog and they complimented each other really nicely. None of them were too sweet. The service was really friendly too!

Had a groupon. Very nice ambience, with soft jazz in the background and water at the side to keep customers hydrated. Very friendly service; very helpful and efficient staff. I personally thought my latte was a great mix of caffeine and milk. Crepe was above average. I would have prefered my crepe a little more crispy but the quality was good and fresh and definitely satisfied my appetite.

4.5/5 STRONG FREE WIFI

On this beautiful, sporadically sunny and cloudy day, I was craving crepes and hanging out with my aunt. Looking around the internet, I found a place that I have probably passed by a hundred times. Cafe Gypsy Rose. Perhaps the black awning intimidated me. Anyway, I went. It was fantastic. It's a hidden gem and I almost don't want people to read this and crowd it, but YOU KNOW WHAT, it also needs to be known. Just a heads up, this is a photo abundant review.

Always a pleasure to dine. Though it may be short staffed, service is fast and efficient regardless.
Many delicious options and combinations of crepes to be made from their menu; but all flavorful and filling
Until next time ♡♡

A New Rose for the better. I went by Gypsy Rose to meet with some friends and chat over coffee. Gypsy Rose serves JJ Bean coffee, which I appreciate as a coffee lover. The inside has got an entire make-over, making the space more fresh and inviting. Stylish high back chairs lend an elegance to the dining experience.
Crepes are the Gypsy Rose speciality, and the new owners are keeping it alive. The crepes are huge and a good price. I had a spinach, feta, bacon, and tomato for just under $10 and it fed me for 2 breakfasts.
If you haven't heard of Gypsy Rose, or have been there in the past, I recommend re-visiting this Kitsilano landmark.

Crepes & Art Deco. This is a great little crepe place in Kits with a wide variety of crepes, pastries and other goodies for lunch or snacking. I also love the cool French art deco posters adorning the walls throughout the quaint little cafe. I wonder if those are for sale. I tried the smoked oyster and cheddar crepe here, and although not a fan of smoked shellfish, this crepe was definitely one of the best I've ever hand. The actual crepe was soft and fluffy, pocketing the hot and salty oyster and cheddar, it was just a package of scrumptious goodness. I will definitely visit again, but I might try some of their sweet crepes next time.

i have been wanting to head to gypsy cafe for the longest time when i first heard of it. however, i went there last summer with janet and it was closed at 4pm. i was quite shocked at how early they close. i went there with fae for my birthday and tried the feta, spinach crepes with mushrooms and it was so good ! so i decided to come again last thursday with jenn. gypsy rose cafe 2017 West 4th Avenue Vancouver, BC V6J 1N3 (604) 738-3844 View Larger Map the owner did not allow me to take any pictures of the interior of the cafe so i just had to respect her decision. the cafe is just like blenz & starbucks as it is a self-service cafe - you got to order and make your payment before getting your food from the counter. also, you got to get your own utensils and cup of water from the side counter. the place is rather simple and cozy but i wouldn't think much of their service. i just love their food ! 1st & 2nd pictures - we had

Polly and I had wanted to try something other than cake. When we drove down Granville St, we always noticed a Crepe Shop and had wanted to try it but never got to do it. A few weeks ago, I saw a small write up in the newspaper about a Crepe Cafe and it sa
