After an aborted attempt to visit another restaurant, I eventually wound up at Restaurant Yugo. It wasn’t a total loss because this place has been on my radar for a while now. Located on Main Street between East 26th and East 27th, this spacious restaurant serves up some seriously good (albeit somewhat expensive) Japanese items.

Chichicho Chichicho

I can never stress how much I love Japanese food in Vancouver. Went to Restaurant Yugo. A Japanese and French fusion restaurant. To be honest, I didn't feel the French part though. Maggi Mei

We came for dinner, my guest chose our destination having been impressed by the reviews she has read and the photos she has seen. They are located on Main Street, but the decor with its wood meet brick facade feels a lot more like a small bistro in Gastown. A very modern feel to parallel the sophisticated plates to come.
