Not bad for a Tim Hortons outlet. The lines are always really long because of students wanting to grab a good deal and the food is what you'd expect from them. I ordered a french vanilla and an apple pastry for just over $3 as I was able to use my UBC student card and obtain 5% off.

This was my first visit to this location and this as all the other branches, it was very good and service was fantastic, atmosphere was very friendly and staff were very friendly

I didn't even know there was a Tim Hortons on campus until I saw a student walking with a coffee cup, advertising does work btw haha.

The classic medium double double is a Canadian comfort. Every donut is delicious. Got a box for a few friends to share. Early mornings and lunch periods get busy here

I have a class in this building so it's no surprise I'm gona get hungry in the break time of my class to grab a bagel. It satisfied my hunger but was at best luke warm. I reaaaally wish they took a little longer on the toasting part. The cheese was good. The bagel had a almost unacceptable chew texture, but it made the fine line. I am really glad of it's location and it's pretty good menu selection. 
oh who am I kidding.... I'll probably be back lol

Love the dark roast double double coffee with a shot of hazelnut , blueberry bagel with herbs and garlic cream cheese ... It totally makes ur morning . Perfect dark coffee with some melting cheese :)
